I can't wait to see Sarri stood on the Stamford Bridge touchline, to have a top six team first up, puts an edge on his opening home game.
When we win the ball in our own half, and Sarri starts waving and shouting "up up up", the players should initiate plan A, so many times last season we have looked slow in our build up, dithering on the ball, taking too long to find the next pass, not being direct enough, as soon as he shouts "up", i expect to see a reaction from the players, it's at this point the opposition are most open, all it takes is a well drilled and talented midfield/attack to pick their way up through them and advance up the pitch, but it must be instant, direct and rapid.
I am really excited to see this pan out.

Hate the thought of RA leaving, but there would be a queue of buyers for Chelsea FC.  One of the most well known names in football and in probably the most desirable area on the planet. But and this is a very big but, we would not get a new owner / owners who would have a fraction of Romans passion, commitment and pure love of football and his club CHELSEA FC.

I've always liked Pedro, since he joined he's put 100% in every time he plays, scored some cracking goals for us and you never hear any moaning when he's not in the starting 11.
Seems to me an alright fella.

Playing the bulk of his minutes in the 3-5-2 when he and Hazard were expected to go 2v6 the whole game wasn't exactly the ideal platform for Morata (or Hazard).
I think what has caused the most negativity around him is his La Liga breeding of flopping at first contact. If he stands and fights, he'll get much more support from the fans. (That and he won't be asked to go 2v6 all game).
    We'll find out soon enough.

He's a better defender than he is a winger. I actually thought he defended quite well during his time at right wing back, better than Zappacosta did for us last season. Zappacosta may be a more natural right back, but i don't think he's a better player than Moses.
I can think of many reasons why Moses should be picked in the team ahead of Zappacosta. He's more versatile, he defends better, he gets forward better, he's quicker, he's more mobile, he can dribble past players, he's homegrown. Moses is the perfect squad player. You can bring him on if we are chasing a win and you can bring him on if we want to go a bit more defensive, i wouldn't trust Zappacosta to do either of those things.

I watched the game from up in the gods on the halfway line so had a good overall view of the way the game went.
I cannot remember a player ever having less touches in a game, all he did was jog over to one side...... then jog over to the other.
The amount of times he was overtaken by someone from the left and right to press their back four was embarrassing.
Despite the lack of service he did nothing to help himself, he was just... Pitiful.

It's been many years since Chelsea sold players to perceived bigger teams just for the money, we just don't do it.
We leave that to Spuds, Arse and victimpool.
If the club don't get what they want for Hazard he will stay and see out his time with us. Which will have been 8-9 yrs...  An awful lot more than the aforementioned clubs kept any of their star players.

It's becoming clearer with every game that this is a real problem.
Nobody would have blamed him for not scoring yesterday, he had little to no service let's be honest.
But he hardly looked like he broke sweat. I would like to have seen him charging round the pitch like a headless chicken; making runs, dropping into midfield, hell even committing a few nasty fouls and generally imposing himself on the game in any way possible.
I'm sorry, but he just looks like a massive limp prick at the spear of our attack, and it's painful to watch.
Opponents must rub their hands together when they see Morata is starting for us; they just know it's going to be light work to keep him quiet.
I was guilty of wanting to keep faith with Torres for longer than most on here. In hindsight, the club should have cut their losses with that one 2 years before they eventually did.
Right now, I would take any offer for Moarata and  throw money at any striker that Sarri thinks he could use. I think the situation is that bad, that pretty much anything would be better than starting with Morata up top next season.
I am at the point that I even think Michy, or a fired up and hard working Abraham would be better choice to start games for us.
The negative and defeated persona of Morata must get in the heads of the other players and just stinks out the entire dressing room. He's a passenger and I think everyone with eyes can see that at the moment.
I really hate to write a player off, and it's not like me to be honest, but I can only see this going one way and I think it would be better for all involved to cut our losses and roll the dice in order to try and salvage our season.

2014/15 exit to PSG will always be a sore one for me. They were down to ten men for at least 70 minutes and we sauntered about the pitch with absolutely no intention to score, gambling that we'd not concede and go through on away goals. Still sickens me

    I like him. Always have.
He's had a faultless attitude whilst being at the club, despite two of this three years here being "crisis seasons".
He had a very respectable season in our title winning season under Conte, weighing in with his share of goals.
I think he is a useful player to have, and suits Sarri's style of play.

Trying to paint us in a bad light now at the end of his contract is just a smokescreen, his kids weren't an issue when he was lifting the premier league trophy's.
He's just grovelling to Madrid for the future, who the f**k does he think he is telling us we should sell at the price the buying club set as a value !!!!
It's OUR value that counts, and if Madrid won't pay tough sh*t, wait a year or sign someone cheaper... simples tch.

Really I do wonder sometimes at where some loyalties lie. ?
    I am Chelsea.. end of.
Players managers come and go and to a degree so do owners, but the club remains, and that's what I support.
People who leave the club with dignity (and are usually well paid) have nothing but my respect... But.... The moment you turn on the club for me that's It.
The list of people who I wouldn't piss on if on fire grows, and Conte will soon join that group.
He cost us a top 4 spot being spiteful and vengeful towards the club and certain players and I'm afraid that is not only unprofessional but shows a lack of respect towards the club and it's fans.

But surely your'e not expecting to see the exact same full on Sarri tactics in the premier league week in week out? As you know 75% of our games in this league involve us trying to break down a compact XI, in the majority of those games we will have the ball and the opposition will be back in their half, they won't be interested in playing fancy footy, they just want to keep us out and take the one or two chances that come their way. This is where i think his style will become successful. Our build up play has been slow and relied heavily on Hazard as the chief yard maker, but Sarri will get the ball doing the leg work.
It's ok to get excited about change, without getting carried away with your expectations.

Things you can't blame Conte for:
    - Individual errors. It must be said there have been plenty in recent weeks; the Barca & Tottenham games probably decided by them. You are always going to get the odd mad mistake over the course of the season, but we have shot ourselves in the foot time and time again this season. I can't remember a season peppered with so many individual bollock dropping moments.
    - Injuries. Every team has them. Last season we barley had any, this season we have had plenty. We should be able to cope, but it's undeniable that it hasn't been a good season when it comes to injuries (Luiz, Morata, Barkley, Cortouis to name a few who have all missed more games than you would hope).
    - Squad Strength. I believe Conte has had input on who we sign, but not a great deal more than that. I believe our squad is a lot better than Conte (and his apologists) would have you believe, but it could be better. Unlike Pep & Mourinho, he clearly hasn't had all of his primary targets (Sandro, Llorente, Bonnuci and the like).
Things you can blame Conte for:
    - His Attitude. It stinks, and it has done for most of the season. His body language has been the worst of any manager I have ever seen in the Chelsea dugout and it's unforgivable. I have never genuinely thought that a Manager might be intentionally trying to lose games, but this season I have had to question that theory. He, at times, has looked like he genuinely couldn't give a toss (stark contract to last season when he was the other end of the spectrum). No emotion, hands in pockets, straight down the tunnel at full time regardless of result. Add his constant pissing and moaning about the board (woe is me), and his weekly reminders that his squad isn't good enough and it's no wonder there is such a dark cloud lingering over the club with non stop gossip of players wanting out. He has created a complete sense of negativity around the club, and I think it has clearly effected the players.
    - Tactics. Last season he was rightly given full credit for switching to 3-5-2. This season, he has watched us be out-done tactically time and time again and done nothing about it. No change to formation, no change to tactics, and substitutions are too little, too late (often consisting of like for like swaps or taking off our most creative player when chasing a game). Nowhere near good enough.
    - Players Under-performing. You can't blame him for individual errors, but for me, he is paid to get the best out of players. This isn't happening. Bakayoko, Drinkwater, Luiz to name a few, are all players who have disappeared this season. There is a £100M worth of players there who have made no meaningful positive contribution this season.
Fall Outs- I think the Costa & Luiz situations have lead to his popularity plummeting in the dressing room. This is my own speculation only, but I can't imagine it has helped get the players on side. Two massive characters, and he has gone to war with them. At the time, I didn't have an issue with him laying down the law and letting everyone know who was boss, but in hindsight, it hasn't gone well has it. Also, his pathetic spat with Mourinho was painful to watch and did him no favours at all. Mourinho came out of it with no credit either, but it's what he does, Conte should have known better than to get involved.

All in all, I don't see how anyone can suggest Conte has done nothing wrong this season. He has done a lot wrong.

He's basically said all season his players aren't good enough, if you are in a working environment where your boss keeps saying he doesn't have the right tool's to do the job, meaning he needs better staff there comes a point where you will just say screw this do it yourself then. He's basically moaned from the FA cup final last year until now non stop about more quality. We are definitely better than 5th, he's sapped the energy from the team and players with his negative attitude.
