Complete and utter bollocks.
Corrupt c**ts, the lot of them. This is footballing injustice of the highest order. FIFA should be ashamed of themselves.
Where the f**k is Ferguson's ban then? This is a f**king disgrace.

What about Man City prizing Lesscott away from Everton - who was under contract and told he couldn't leave?
Or Adebayour from Arsenal?
Or Rooney going to Manu from Everton?
Or Berbatove from Spurs?
Or 90% of modern day transfers???????
This is a f*cking joke!!!!!!

Is this some conspiracy?
So we look like we are favorites to win the league this year... Then this happens?
We will appeal this for sure

How come FIFA is the governing body on this, isn't the UEFA responsible of the teams within it's territory and the transfers done accordingly? And I believe we could easily win an appeal over this, because FIFA never imposed such a sanction before over a breach of contract. If they impose us this ban can't we just layout in court the irregularities of many many other transfers done by the opposition.

Apparently we forced Kakuta to breach his contract with Lens- directly.
There is also a suspended points sentence hanging over us from the Ashley Cole affair- this could be a lot worse.

I don't think that counts as that punishment was handed to us by the FA.

But why is FIFA acting now, I mean the players was signed two years ago? Wenger has been doing these kind of transfers for years (Arshavin last year was a bit forced on Zenit was it not) and we get this kind of punishment.

No wonder we were so keen to sign key players on longer term contracts. This one has been kept well quiet.

This is such sh!t.
if it's true what we did then it would be fair enough punishment, except for the small fact that EVERY F*CKING CLUB does it all the time.
So sad how badly and inconsistently football is run.
Bye bye Aguero then if so...

Yeah, I was wondering why we hadn't heard more about this.
If we've been doing deals with them behind the scenes, we might not see an appeal.

Exactly- on condition we did not breach transfer rules again. Since we have, it may be within their rights to impose further sanction.
I fail to see how this is different from the Mikel saga- but details are sketchy. The club may well be in fault, so i'm not going to be up in arms at the percieved injustice of it all.

More corruption to try and stop us as usual!
Not surprising! Wait for more this Champions League folks.
We haven't signed anyone anyway and maybe we wouldn't of in January, but would have been nice to have the option without all this nonsense.
Now let's win the league and piss on their chips!
