Maybe not in the last year but, you know, he has spnt a truckload of money in the club since he bought it.

Anyways, off-topic.

Yes indeed, but my point is that the trend the club have set over the last 3 years has been not to spend money. So were used to it now, and the team have improved since, because of it.

Cheers to you for sympathizing, lord knows they have made enough overtures about how you are "illegally" snapping up Italian talent. It wouldnt surprise me if some sanctions came your way next. Or alternately, maybe they will attempt to dig up something about one of City's transfers to ban them for.

Its a case of stopping English clubs at all cost for these people.

couldnt agree more. I hope an english club (bar liverpool) wins the CL this season to stick it to the c*nts! I think that if it stands it will f**k you over big time.

At the start of last season fergie made a comment about your lot saying you where too old and you werent going to win the league. I think its still the case and unless youve got some youth talent thats gonna come good i cant see you putting up a good challenge for the next two years.

Chelsea FC, soon to be renamed the Evil Alliance FC have been banned from playing with 11 players, and will have to field a five-a-side team for the next eight years after FIFA discovered that one blade of Stamford Bridge's grass was 1mm too long. Chelsea have also been forced to name Dave Beasant as their first choice keeper, Chelsea getting away with murder as usual as Platini allegedly wanted to only allow Chelsea to play a goalkeeper if he was suspended upside down from the crossbar.

In a press conference, Platini was quoted saying
"Well I just plain don't like Chelsea. Ever since Gianfranco Zola slept with my wif- I mean, Chelsea have repeatedly broken footballing laws and should be punished as such. *cue evil laughter*"

Didier Drogba was allegedly seen applying war paint and sharpening a chainsaw at Chelsea's Cobham training ground, but these reports have yet to be verified.

honest lads i am f*cking disgusted that FIFA have give you a ban like this. if you cant tell from the name im a united fan (from manchester) and youve got to ask yourself would this ban have been given to Barca, RMadrdid or Milan. would it f**k! did Madrid ever get such a ban or even a warning when chasing Ronaldo - did they f**k.

Last week it was platini banning eduardo, (even though it was a dive) for 2 games, now its you. I wouldnt suprise me if we or liverpool are targeted next. they are trying to f**k us over to hinder us in Europe

It's all different rules for different teams isn't it. Even you lot had Blatter saying 'Ronaldo should be let go as he is being treated like a slave', and this is meant to be a governing body in football!

Iniesta, if you think Roman splashes the cash still, it hasn't happened for years. Sheva was the last big signing.

AM I right in saying we cant register players to play for us, but we can sign players on a pre contract agreement ?

Yes- we can still sign players on pre-contracts, and we can play them in friendlies too!

If I were Kenyon- apart from planning an appeal- i'd be on the phone to Atletico Madrid, Milan etc. I'd offer them X for Aguero/Pato/whoever + more indexed depending on their performance at the World Cup, on the condition they are ready to play for us in January.

Fishing for death threats no doubt. Well tough sh*t, they won't get them. While we may hope and pray that these c**ts in suits get what's coming to them, nobody here is going to suggest that anyone anywhere does even the slightest harm to these bar stewards.

Do reserves games count as competitive games? I don't think they do. Do they?

That's a sign of how big and important the site has become. Won't be long before Chelsea themselves snap us up and all the regulars will get free tickets ::clap2::

Yes they do which is why if you get a red card in a reserve game, the ban applies to first team football as well

well, hopefully we can get this knocked back before next summer, and freshen up the squad a bit.

But alot of people here feel like we have alot of compotent young talent which just isnt given enough time to shine. Miroslav Stoch, Mancienne, Jack Cork, etc. Hopefully these guys get games to spell our first teamers

Personally, I like our depth this year and our chances, its just a case of keeping the squad movtivated and focused, which we didnt have last year. Next year we might be screwed though. At least until Jan. 2011

Obviously every case is different but at least it says we have a chance. It was a one year ban on Roma according to this article

http://www.givemefoo...fer-ban-on-roma

This link says that Roma's ban got cut from 1 year to nothing.

LOL, you want FIFA to ban us as well! Because you have made a monumental f**k up again? Its nothing to do with us! We don't have past history on this either. You lot need to learn from your mistakes.

I actually sympathize with you as its shyte that you cant compete in the windows but you need to look at yourselves before you start pointing the finger at everyone else.

Erm...both you and your manager were/are wrong! We're winning the league this year. We have a strong stable squad and a great manager, two things we were lacking last season. There's no way Man Utd without Ronaldo will finish ahead of us in the league...with ban or without.
