Good for him and his career I guess. I am not sure if he'd ever get the opportunity for the 1st team in Chelsea.

another arnesen failure...how much did we pay Leeds for woods and taiwo...wasn't it about £5m? The former has played more for the reserves and got closer to the first team, but I don't think it will be too long before he's on his way too

I think it's quite harsh to blame Arnesen for this. You have to be pretty damn special to make it into the first team, especially if you're a midfielder. We won't have any youngsters properly making a breakthrough into the first team until we have a manager that actually stays at the club for longer than six months.
