I believe so to, i think he's 100% setting up in place this mentality that this year could be our best shot of finally winning the CL and for some players like Drogba it's most likely his last chance. This is great news!

Yes, it is excellent. Also for Mikel the president of Nigeria forbade their national team to play any match. Mikel will have enough time in Chelsea.
