And if thats the case, I like the idea of PM'ing the next person since there will be upto 24 picks between the first(or last) persons picks.

Logically it makes sense, otherwise the people with the top 2 picks would likely have the best teams by far.  It's how we do our fantasy (American) football drafts.

Do we have to state what position we're playing our men in? as in e.g. George Best - right wing?

I don't mean me too for Zico, I mean me too I'm excited. (like Andreas!)  But I'll go off the boil if it takes too long!

Think you dont have to do that until you selected a whole team, another idea would be this just to make it interesting.

Just constructed my ideal 11. But I've made such glaringly obvious choices that it's going to be revised very soon. We'll see.

Just an idea, but how about everyone includes the list of picked players in his/her post so you always know what players have been picked. Then people can just reply to the previous post where someone picked a player and his/her new pick to the list and add their pick. Or you can always copy/paste the list from the previous post, if that's how you roll.

I'd suggest a format like this:

It ain't easy to make me happy, I'm not sure what I need to approve.

This is the deal, after the game tonight, I will pick my next player, then the member who picked after me, goes next, until we have an 11.

Then you choose your captain and maybe pick a Manager at the end.

Exactly the same at Footballaholic's Chelsea draft, but a world one. FH is helping as well as Andrea or anyone else that wants to push the picks of people via pm and what-not.

Don't worry about picking in position order, so long as you have got a complete squad with sort of correct player positions.

Edit: Good idea Mak, hopefully we can follow that.
