Abel Hernandez? http://www.footylate...ruguayan/25424?
Can't say I pay much attention to Serie A these days. Does anybody know if he has potential?

Palermo. They'll have an arm and a leg for him if we want him.

Van Persie hits another 2 today. Best striker in the league at the moment, would be interesting to see where Arsenal would be in the table without his goals.

Nowhere near where they are. He is class. But he'll be injured soon enough.
Also hate to sound like a broken record, but hattrick for Reus against Werder last night.

Just read that Reus has a clause in his contract which would mean that he would be expensive and not cheap. Have you heard anything of this spiller?

18m this summer and scaled back for each season after that. When you consider we paid that for Lukaku it's not a high price, particularly given he has far more ability right now.

The more I watch Reus, the more he impresses me...
The Germans have a load of talent. Really impressive.

If you haven't seen it yet. Check out Mathieu Valbuena's goal to send Marseille through against Dortmund this morning. Quite something that little guy is.

http://bleacherrepor...ld-replace-them
Read this yesterday. Was refreshing to see that it wasn't like every other Bleacher Report article that says we need to sign Neymar, Sneijder, Gotze, etc. I am also just posting this for the people he suggests we sign, not the ones he wants us to get rid of. Admittedly, some of these are familiar names, like Jovetic (who I am for) and Perreira (who I am less key on).
Haven't heard of a handful of these guys like Corgnet, Radu and Benatia, and it reminded me of others like Doumbia, Vargas and Ocampos. Thought Holliet might've snuck on this list as well. Would be more happy with a signing or two of this variety, plus Reus, if we're looking to strengthen in January for the UCL.

I have liked Valbuena for the last 2-3 years now. I have always wondered why a bigger club hasn't snapped him up yet becuase he looks a classy little player every time I see him.

He is class. I think the reason is because he is so small. He runs his socks off, tracks back, is creative, crosses well. He has the whole package, if he wasn't 5 ft 4.

My friend is a mad Marseille fan, and I frequently ask him the same question. He described Valbuena as their version of Joe Cole- world class or thereabouts when he is on form, but those days are sporadic at best.

Christian Eriksen is a sensational little player, and would complement Mata well.

Eriksen trialed here and we turned him down. He and his old man are a little bitter. On a similar note did anyone see Shaqiri this morning, quite solid.

I thought Shaqiri was excellent last night, and he has impressed me every time. Was also impressed with the other one who sounded similar, shakker or something.
