If Ryan doesn't play on Sunday then I agree he should ask to leave!
Is Ashley Cole worrying anybody else?

If Terry is still out, it wouldn't surprise me if we lined up like:
Ivanovic - Luiz - Cahill - Bosingwa
That's assuming AVB actually wants to play Cahill. Which seemingly he doesn't, despite being given the perfect oppurtunity in the past two games.
I think Bertrand needs to be given far more game time personally. Both he and PVA seem to have great potential and are no doubt our future. Maybe even our present judging by Ashley Cole's recent perfromances - the way he lost his head today was just embarrasing. Yes Dyer got the best of him constantly, but he should've just stuck at it and kept trying different ways to stop him, without resorting to just booting him every time he came close.

Amazing that we have what, 50 pages on Torres' form, yet right here we have a player who IMO has been far worse lately, and completely lost his head yesterday resulting in a silly sending off... yet no one seems that interested in discussing it?

I've always found him a bit overrated, but to he does play a hell of a lot, and could benefit a rest.
Sadly nobody at the club has the balls to try someone else, heaven forbid a youth player might *look away now, this is graphic* GET TACKLED!
That would be enough to kill any youth players confidence.
I'm just surprised we don't loan the whole youth team out.

Still think he could be more help than a hindrance but I definitely think we need someone to take over for him in the long term. Not too sure about Bertrand, but for the moment Ash is a good left back but as most people say, he isn't getting any younger.

I've said it elsewhere, but Ashley cole used to be part of our attacks on a regular basis and now we hardly see him provide any more.
Also, it is just a one match ban due to two yellows, so I don't think AVB will go rushing Bertrand into the team just for one game....against Man Utd.
I would almost bet we'll see Paulo (who has played LB under Jose and for the Portuguese national team; something not lost on AVB I'm sure).
If the ban for Ash was longer, I would think that we MIGHT see bertrand, but not a chance in hell for this one game.
Back to Ash, I think he's been just as bad as Bosingwa in the past few games, but due to his past performances he seems to be getting a lot more leeway.
I'd be more than suprised is Ash isn't on a short list of players to be replaced in the summer
