Ive had a bet with my dad about what was chelseas lowest ever home attendance, I said it was 1988-89 season littlewoods cup game v sc**thorpe utd we drew 2-2 but went out 3-6 on agg. Attendance was a paltry 5,814 this was due partly tothe stands being shut due to crowd trouble vs middlesboro in the play off the season before when we were relegated. Can any fellows blues fans confirm this that it really is the lowest ever home game??? cmon the blues!....chelseablue1970

My dad said the record lowest attendance was 4,767 the same season 1988-89 in the simod cup home game v plymouth. 4,700 at the bridge wow! My dad is a clever old chap so i feel i may have lost this one. ::clap2::

Three of them tried to take the Shed. We scattered them.
