I reckon this is a good thing.

I hope their coach is a taskmaster and will force him to mature and play a complete game. Being in France should help him adjust.

This almost feels like it's last chance to make an impact with Chelsea. He's 20 and needs to start showing something beyond the occasional piece of flash play.

Its goodthat hes hopefully gonna get some first team football but gutted he didnt stay, i think hes got talent and we need to try him out in the league, we have so many games left and Mata sometimes looks like he needs a rest especially now that big CL games are coming up

Kakuta gets a rare start... and a goal... last weekend. Nice bit of skill. Apaprently they put him in the middle, not wide, and he reportedly played well.

The hype was justified to be fair.  He looked very good when it was going on.  We've handled his development poorly and his loan spells have been a bit of a disaster.  Of course he should take responsibly for not impressing enough in training to start but there is only so much he can do while he's at a club in the middle of a relegation battle.
