Best Vialli goal for Chelsea anyone?

I like the header against Everton. Quite iconic when you think of the players involved. Gullit down the line to Zola....Zola beats his man to cross to Vialli who powers home a header past a helpless and fat Neville Southall.

The one against Barnsley away in the 6-0 was probably the best technically though.

It's not the best in terms of skill or importance, but the most memorable one is the first away goal against Tromsø in the Cup Winners Cup. Just that mental image of all that snow and Vialli... :happy001:

His second goal in the Tromso game was probably the better of the two.

Then of course came the replay. "What's it like to play on grass?"

The goal might be better, but the celebration after the first one was what made it memorable for me. Well, that's the one that I think of first anyway...

Right, sorry, I'm with you. Yeah, it was pretty mad. A demented jig in a snow storm.

Great memories Zola, Vialli, Guillit in the same team.. blimey the 3 of them together made the game look easy

are we better off today ? I dont think so.

Funny you should mention that. On way back from spurts game .... Mata left foot/Zola two footed; Sturridge left foot/JFH two foot.

The team back then were so good and were a TEAM.
