Well it is not FFP ........ not sure what it is. Are they paying no salaries ?? 

I heard another amazing bit of news the other day although the figure was not mentioned. Barca have paid more to Neymar's agent (his Dad) than they have to Messi over the last 4 years. - Crazy 

I am not one of those to moan about transfer fees and agents normally. A footballer is worth as much as the club want to pay for them, their contracts I understand with image rights, insurances and other commercial considerations are extremely complex these days. However it has gone beyond what is reasonable this transfer window. Very difficult to manage I think for the football authority as clubs will find their way round the rules. Money talks at the end of the day. I would suggest something line 20% on all transfer fees to go to lower leagues/grass roots or something like that, mind you you wouldn't trust FIFA to handle that money
