Just a thought for you all to chew over............

Modric is a little tricky bugger, with great skills, who prefers to play centrally and lacks physical presence

Theres no doubt in my mind that if we buy Modric, he will be expected to play on the right side of our front 3 more often than not and if he does play centrally, is he really going to knock Lampard, Ballack or say Essien out of a starting role?.

i would have lamps straight back in. if ballack could play a more central role serving lamps in attack i would see that as the best solution.
