I haven't heard anything about these two but it seems like they're getting regular playing time at PSV.  Has anyone heard/know anything about them?  Here's the Soccernet article I saw

alcides has been their a while, doubt we will ever bring him to the club. rajkovic is a younger player and looks a very good prospect. watched him play in an under 21`s tournament and looked excellent.

23 is not all very old. I haven't Alcides play, though. I wonder if Rajkovic played many matches this season...  {SMILIES_PATH}/300.gif

Club career

Beginning his career with OFK Belgrade, Rajkovi? soon gained a reputation as an extremely talented youngster. His reputation was such that in November 2005, when he was aged just sixteen, English club Chelsea F.C. agreed to a €5.2m euro(3.8m GBP) deal for the centre-half; a world record at the time for a player under eighteen years of age.

Under the terms of the deal, Rajkovi? will stay at OFK Belgrade on loan from Chelsea until the end of the 2006-07 Serbian Superliga season. Chelsea will loan Rajkovi? to PSV Eindhoven during the 2007-08 season, as part of the deal surrounding Alex Rodrigo Dias da Costa's move to Chelsea. [1]

International career

By the age of sixteen he was a regular in the Serbia and Montenegro national under-21 football team. He was the youngest player ever to appear in a qualifying match of the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship.[2]

Alcides

Quote

Alcides Eduardo Mendes de Araújo Alves, best known as Alcides (born in São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo State, March 13, 1985) is a Brazilian footballer who currently plays for PSV Eindhoven on loan from Chelsea F.C. and has played with many clubs in Brazil. He also played for FC Schalke 04 and S.L. Benfica .

Alcides was kidnapped in Brazil, but was released after he convinced his kidnappers he was not a football player. {SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif

On February 3, 2007 he played his first Eredivisie match for PSV against AZ Alkmaar. He recently played in a UEFA Cup match against English side Tottenham Hotspur in which PSV won 1-0, and played the second leg also.
