Well that sucks, but i guess its the kind of oppertunity he cant turn down. I hope the club try to get an ex player involved in some way, Franco would be perfect but oh well.

It was always going to happen, I hope he does well. For our reserves it's a disaster. This season so far we've lost Eddie Newton, Steve Clarke and Brendan Rodgers who's next?

Apparently Mourinho wanted him to go over the Inter. He clearly rates him highly. I hope he does well but there does seem to be a steady exodus of talented coaching staff at the moment. This is a bit more understandable than Clarke going to West Ham though.

Best of luck to him, hope he gained some great knowledge while at Chelsea.
This is the best step for a YT manager, to make the step into 1st team management, so I can't blame him at all
