Borini wanted to go back to Italy. What should we have done? Said "no, you can't!".

And Mancienne simply wasn't good enough. So why keep him? Just to say "yes, we made him"? Bollocks.

You can't expect us to get great youngsters each season and you can't expect us to hold on to every one who comes through our youth academy. Those who aren't good enough will leave (and get us some extra money) and those who are good enough might get a shot (like Josh).
