Mourinho grinds results by forcing his players to shadow chase for 90 minutes, but when you have the worlds best attacking talent like Ronaldo, Hazard, Ozil, Mata etc. you have to find the balance between attack and defend and that's what the best managers do. Two goals in six semifinal games for Chelsea while facing teams with a lot smaller financial pedigree is a very poor job. His Real Madrid record isn't good either. He gets outclassed by inferior sides on a regular basis.
