Some interesting comments...alot of the themes blame the clubs heirachy ...i believe this can be true in part but Abramovich wasn't responsible for letting 3 goal lead slip at home lat week, signing Meirelles was AVB choice, taking Mata off today when he was most needed, taking Sturridige of against the Mancs which ultimately cost us, getting no improvement why so ever out of Torres. He also signed Lukaka, who at 18 or 28 in my opinion looks like he could play for Farnborough Town, the worst first touch i have seen and he cost 20m an incredible waste of money. You have to ask yourself, what does the manager do that a fan couldn't do better themselves? Everton's team today play for their manager, Chelsea currently do not. They are the facts..Chelsea have one of their best youth teams ever, not one player has been introduced. Sturridge still cannot kick the ball with his right foot.... The first thing that 95% of all fans would have done in the close season would have been to bomb out Bosingwa, he kept him and he is awful..if you can't make an improvement with the players you have and the signings you have, barring Mata, are very ordinary then surely you are not doing you job. am I incorrect Lane?

Hi, i have been a season ticket holder for 22 years. I watched the Everton game today and am stunned with how bad chelsea have become, to the point where they were embarrassing today... I would keep Ramires and Mata then in all honesty every other player can go. AVB has added nothing to the team. Reminiscent of when Souness ruin the scoucers ....he won't play youth players, lukkau and merles are 2 of the worst players we have had in years. Eyebrows at right back is awful. and today they didn't seem bothered at all....one shot all game..just picking up the pay cheques. The y*ds are on tv now and it pains me to say, its like watching Chelsea in the glory days. AVB has weakened a good ageing squad... Torres is laughable, when he tried to nick a penalty in the first half it was true comedy. I am very worried for the future, why can he not play some of the youngsters ? Josh,piazon,betrand, hutchinson? not happy at all.
