I think Jose's temper got the better of him, not for the first time. He was sore at losing. It was an unpalatable defeat. His team was outclassed, by THEM. He was outclassed, by HIM. THEY broke the record for consecutive wins at Old Trafford, and they went 11 clear in the process. Jesus that must have hurt. He couldn't handle it. He lashed out, having a go at the ref, unfairly, and starting a fight with City over their celebrating, which they are perfectly entitled to do. Jose made it toxic before a ball was kicked, accusing City's players of diving and tryi3 points -

*Official* Pedro to Chelsea
Strider6003 and one other reacted to Scott Harris for a topic
I don't think he was great tonight, but i think i prefer him in the team over being out of it. I know our current formation get's Fabregas into the team and it suits Hazard better, but when it comes to the team as a whole, we don't look as good. I think we look more fluid with Pedro and Hazard playing as wingers and coming inside to cause trouble. Hazard playing centrally is great to watch, but he can't do it on his own and if Fabregas can't pick out his passes, we look out of ideas. I think playing with two wingers suits the team better because they are constantly moving and keeping the oppos2 points -

Mourinho would never celebrate in the face of a defeated rival, would he? He would never run down a touchline beating his chest and knee sliding in front of the opposition fans. At least City did in behind closed doors. In their own dressing room. Utd is a team full of detestable man babies.2 points -
It´s not so much a single moment but the whole experience of listening to an album that changes your perception on not only music but affects you in all aspects of life. When I first heard DMX rap at age 12 it made me realize I can be more than what the world dictates for me to be. When I heard A$AP Rocky´s LiveLoveA$AP it made me want to dress nice, it made me in love with fashion and combining different aspects of it together to look different, look fresh. When I first heard Kendrick Lamar´s Section.80 it made me realize that my generation has the chance to make this world a better world, to1 point

A very good game from him, the best I've seen him at. I give him a lot of slack but he made me eat my words today and I hope he continuously does that in the future.1 point -

Michy Batshuayi to Chelsea
Chelsbear reacted to ForeverCarefree for a topic
Said a lot that within two minutes of being on the pitch he was flagged for being about 8 yards offside.1 point -
he is effectively 3rd choice striker now. He can't really complain, a front 3 of hazard pedro and Willian have comfortably won every game they have been used for I think. Bats is a good finisher, but I think we need another forward who can challenge for one of the wide spots aswell.1 point

Think Conte might be shooting himself in the foot with this one. I feel the club has resisted all efforts by him to shift him out their £30m+ signing and with good reason. Look around Europe and bar City, you are hardly ever going to find 2/3 forwards in one team who are of the desired level. Lukaku & Zlatan only works because the latter is on huge wages and is on a short term deal. The impact on Lukaku is such that he has withdrawn into his shell ever since Zlatan has been fit, and he is the one that gets shifted to the flanks. Aguero is a club legend and Jesus is his apprentice. Th1 point

Antonio Conte - Now Officially Manager
Strider6003 reacted to TheChelseaBlues for a topic
Great move attacking with three interchangeable forwards today. The movement was clearly bothering the Huddersfield defenders. Playing 3 in front against a parked bus looked vastly better than the two against West Ham. We used the space on the wings better in the case of the former. There were too many in the center in the latter and I hope we continue to see 3-4-3 against teams who are likely to sit back against us.1 point -
Michy Batshuayi to Chelsea
WeatherMan reacted to Michael for a topic
He doesn't fit because he never gets more than 10 minutes. I agree the writing is on the wall, but it can hardly be down to poor form. He's done well to score the goals he's had given the time he's been on the pitch. When you're the only other striker in the team and the main striker is out and you still can't get a start you know you're not in the manager's plans.1 point -
Willian
EmeraldBlue reacted to icecoolguy22 for a topic
Nice to have a player like Willian who could seamlessly fit in the starting 11, even he's not an automatic pick anymore. He's not going to get to the next level, but out of every 10 games he play, he'd give 7/10 in 7-8 of them, we need the consistency in a long season. I'd keep him in the next 12-18 months unless we get a definite upgrade over him, which won't come easy.1 point -

Lukaku also starting to look a bit redundant as the ball does not come to him in the tight matches. Wonder when the penny might drop that his skillset although good is not the best.1 point -

Ha, a lot of the Utd fans I know have gone very quiet about The Special One! They were giving it large a while back but I think the realisation is beginning to hit. What they witnessed on Sunday - Utd being outclassed by a better footballing team on their sacred Old Trafford turf is how it's gonna be as Jose will always be too cautious to play it any different when it comes to the big games.1 point -

I had the privilege of being at the game when Jimmy burst on to the scene. His pace was electric compared to the other Charles 'Charlie' Charles's on the pitch. The opposition must have thought he was from outer space....as we all did!1 point
