  1. Here is my favorite FSW moment ever

  2. Frank is smart, will command respect, and knows Chelsea and the Premier League. He has an ally in Cech. He'll have someone who knows the youth in Morris. What he doesn't have is more experience managing his staff, players, a big club, and the tactical feel of how to set up a team or change things when it's not going well. Those management things are going to be on the job training him. And we traditionally are not the right environment for on the job training. The Cech & Lampard moves (with the transfer ban) signal a change in philosophy and expectation from Roman. That same cha

  5. I forgot how much of a f*cking mercenary he was to say those things, then go to work for us. Thanks for the reminder. That's a far more plastic, passionless, soulless maneuver than anything at Chelsea. The only thing he's suited for is delivering tapas to my table.

  6. Sigh. I haven't twisted anything. I quoted you directly. I didn't chop, cut, or take anything out of context. Your comments showed a lack of respect for women in general, and Marina in particular. You would not have posted those comments if she wasn't a woman. You would not have called Roman "That stupid Russian guy". You would not have called Bruce Buck "beautiful and capable". I don't feel any need to defend women: I will respond to people who have a dim view of other people no matter who they are. I have little tolerance for blatantly narrow minded people. You continu

You have seen what he says about his time here?, and how his team mates stopped passing to him, basically blaming everyone and everything accept himself. No thanks don't want him back, he has no team ethos.

  8. Man U will try and buy their way out of trouble and they have the budget to do it, to be honest I’ve seen us spend big, win the league, win in Europe, what I’ve never seen is a Frank Lamoard at the helm, and a chance for our our youth players to show what they can do, at this point I don’t care where we finish as long as Roman is willing to spend big next summer. We have lost 1 player, all be it a brilliant one but I think we will surprise people we have more than enough talent to challenge for top 4, I mean we have 3 World Cup starters and winners, one of whom is the best DM in Europe ar

  9. I understand your feelings. It looks bleak on paper. And we may indeed have to suffer through a really bad season to get to the point where we can move forward. On the positive side, I have a relative calmness for this time of year, because I don't have to read the ridiculous daily stories linking us to every available Tom, Dick, or Sven. And with Cech back and rumored Lampard team taking over, what appears to be a new & different direction. There are reasons to be optimistic in the face of apparent negativity.

  12. Pat Nevin thinks top four and a good run in the CL would be a decent season. From the way he said it, i got the impression that anything less will mean Frank's job will be on the line...eeek! Top 6 and just bringing back the feelgood factor and getting everyone (fans, players, maager, board) all pulling together again would be good enough for me.

I'm all for it. If he worked as hard as Giannis did...….. Morata had an entire season. But at the end of it, he was still hitting the floor at the slightest of defenders touches, throwing his arms out and whinging in that WTF manner, and taking stupid yellow cards for excessive complaining and kicking the ball away. Same as he did at the beginning of the season. When was he going to learn? He got the reputation of going down easily, so never got the benefit of the doubt when he was actually fouled. And then to blame his teammates for not passing him the ball, (which was underst

  15. He is not suited to the Premier League physically, or psychologically. He never, ever adapted to the way defenders played him, or the way referees called fouls. He fell to the floor too easily, he threw his arms out looking for a call, and he received too many yellow cards for stupid arguing. He never once figured out how to play. On top of that, he was highly critical of Chelsea teammates and supporters after he left. Burning bridges with the supporters for the club that still owns you is poor judgement. He's not welcome back.

  16. I agree. I think it makes some sense though in the short term. Luiz is much better in the middle of a back five. It would give him more freedom... Even to the point of playing a Fernandinho role where he moves up in attack and drops into a back five in defense. Azpi was better covering for Moses than he was last year as a right back. I like the idea of Willian and Pedro coming on at 60' to press in attack The team is well suited to play three in the back. I know it's not likely, but it might be the best thing for us in the short term if we were playing in a vacuum.

  17. Nobody in that team can say sh!t to Frank. For one he's known most of them personally for years so I'm sure there's already respect there. Secondly he puts them all to shame in terms of talent level and on field achievements so if they don't respect him then who in god's name will they respect? He's got his badges, he's got more trophies than you can count on your hands and he's arguably the greatest player the club has ever had, I pray someone steps out of line and tries to take him on asap, they won't be around much longer.

  20. Wasn't really for Bringing Frank in initially, my head was telling me he's not got the experience he'll tarnish his Chelsea legacy, but now I don't give a flying fudge I'm well excited for the return of Super Frank! In fact bring along Makalele and the Drog for the ride. Come on Chelsea!

Kinda hope he's in the squad purely because he actually wants to play for us... We have had so many talented strikers without the passion for the club so nice to see one whose desperate to play for us.

    Marcin Bulka

He has left already for PSG. Replace Caballero in a few years? He is going to be 38 at the start of the season. Think we handled Bulka badly personally. Made no sense keeping 2 37+ goalkeepers on our books last season considering how good he looked in preseason, and how little Caballero ended up playing.

  29. That’s much like how I feel. Transition in football is a journey not a sprint. That said I wouldn’t dismiss our chances of a decent season as easily as some seem to be doing. In a way the constant stream of trophies has delayed what surely was inevitable at some point namely we had to take value from those loaned out but more importantly the academy. We should be embracing the change and opportunities that the ban offers. As they say make the negative a positive. We, or more to the point RA has spent millions, no tens of millions, no hundreds of millions on players who added littl

  30. He wouldn't, he spends his time cultivating a relationship with the fans, pushing some pretend "oh our board are so bad, but I'm with you lovely fans, I'm one of you" agenda so he can do no wrong and it's always the clubs owners fault. His tactics are basic, he isn't some kind of genius as the Liverpool centric media make him out to be.

Yeah the quality of games might not be as good due as we don’t have the physical capability of men but it’s more skill and technique based and I think it’s ok to watch, football is football, it’s better than love Island anyway!
