Kenny Swain and Gary Stanley were almost telepathic at times. Was shocked when Swain was switched to LB by Villa but he was really good at it.

I used to get Shoot plus Scorcher & Score though I'd grown out of the comic by 1977. Used to love it though. Would literally run to the newsagents to get it on Saturday mornings.

I would say that's the third Wilkins brother but I don't think Dean ever played for Chelsea.

Sponsorship of the training kit is all that has been announced up to now. My guess however, and it's only a guest, is that this is a toe bin the water situation. I believe separate main sponsors will be the goal.
Apparently only 5% of women's team match goers are men's team season ticket holders. Some of the remaining 95% must be main club members, but it would be an ideal situation if match going support for CFCW continues to grow and brings in a whole new Chelsea audience.

I think this is a combination of a Spanish player not being able to express herself as well in English as she might do in Spanish or Catalan, and a media happy to pounce on the word 'dirty' rather than try to present what she meant to say.

Of all the people we were linked with last summer, Olise was the one I most wanted us to sign.

Both, very good players. Eze is stronger, has slightly better hooting ability imo (although Olise has scored some bangers) and is good on either foot but Olise probably has higher ceiling as he is 3/4 years younger. Olise is definitely a better croser and has better dribbling ability. Similar to Saka I would say. Both players have their injury issues which is the worry but on the day they are both class players. If they remained fit, they would be even better. This may prevent Eze getting a big move but if both stays fit, both can play for better teams.
It isn't unusual to hear likes of Olise get released at his age by us and other PL clubs. Quite common but to think Millwall released Eze at age of 16, where some players are preparing for first team action, is crazy! Eze must of put in some serious work on the training ground and iin the gym to get past that and come back as one of the top players in the PL. Millwall would have been in the Championship then too which is even more crazy to think they released him. Have to give him credit.

Every time he plays he's one of the best players in the league, it's shame he's injury prone because I think he's an instant upgrade on what we have and arguably just as good as Palmer.
I'd ship Mudryk and Noni out for him.

The other night I was chatting to a guy in my local pub and he told me about when he and some friends went to a Mickey Flanagan gig. On entering the venue the punters had to hand in their phones to stop them taking pictures and videos. Probably a good idea but when of the friends of the guy I was chatting to went to pay for a drink the venue didn't take cash and he didn't have a credit card  - the card was on his phone - so had to get someone else to pay. If down the line cash and possibly cards are removed how will people pay if phones have to be handed in? I've been in Government Departments e.g. 10 Downing Street, the Foreign Office and the Ministry of Defence where phones have had to be handed in but those were different circumstances i.e. security.

Some clubs have the same system for members as well as season ticket holders. When a member buys a ticket, the membership cards just get validated for the game, and they use it to tap in. I was hoping that we would do the same, but when CFC did away with membership cards this season I thought it was another lost opportunity to catch up with the technology. Now that I see where they're going with mobile tickets that feels an even better solution.
