  1. I dont get why everyone all of a sudden is complaining that it was Sarri's decision that he decided to leave! Would you lot have being happier if he was sacked instead?

I say good for him, that he is leaving in his own terms, fans have treated him appallingly and even after getting 3rd and winning uefa cup he does not seem to get any recognition.

I dont see anyone else available other than Lampard. Dont want rafa nor Mourinho that would be a negative appointment and very short term yet again.

  2. Everyone seems to underestimate Conte but he has proven that he is a winner wherever he went and if Pirlo says that Conte is the best manager he ever played for than thats good enough for me to consider him one of the best.

In regards to Sarri if he does go to Juve will we back the new manager. I dont think we will, lack of patience is apparent from the fans as well as Abramovich. Next season i wouldn't be surprised if we dont even make top 6 which would be really sad obviously.

f**king hell no. Conte is not the second best manager in the world.

I think next year will prove it otherwise. I am confident that inter will win the title or come very close with Conte in charge.

I agree that Sarri is a good manager too but we need a few attacking additions and someone like John Terry as his assistant or even dennis wise as zola is way too nice.

    All 5. Maybe not ZiZi

Not next year, but 2-3 years with this squad and a couple of additions, all 5 could win the league.

Outside of those 5, I'd suggest Bielsa could too. I am amazed he isn't linked with us.

With additions ofcourse we will win again even if we dont have any of the above managers. Conte won us the title in his first season and i feel he is second to Guardiola atm. Klopp has being at Liverpool many years now and has made many additions yet has not won the title.

    For me the best managers in world football;

    1) Pep
    2) Klopp
    3) Poch
    4) Zidane
    5) Sarri

Question: out of the above who would have being able or is able to win the title with Chelsea's current squad including Hazard?

He also said he dedicated this title to the Napoli-supporters since he couldn't give this to them while he was there.

Also found that a bit wierd for a Chelsea-manager to say.

Well, we have being on his back complaining how sh*t his football is most of the times, do you blame him. I am glad we won and now he is off to Juve, hope Lampard will do just as well if not better.

  7. Sarri is better than Klopp imo. Klopp is very overrated, spend alot of money and yet could end up with nothing. I dont see liverpool winning anything next year either as other teams will strengthen and dont see them improving further as they are at their maximum limits.

On the other hand if Sarri is given time and patience could see us with huge improvements the next few years as he already knows how Chelsea function and must have learned alot about the premier league. In fact i would say that next year we will finish higher than liverpool even with the transfer ban.

  8. If Sarri stays i will be very happy as at least we will see what he can do with a full pre season and incoming youth players such as abraham, mount and james, not to mention Ampadu too will have a tremendous opportunity to play and show their worth. After all most fans are delighted when youth players are given a chance and Sarri has being most willing to do that than any previous manager we have had.

If Lampard is appointed in place of Sarri i will be happy too as he too has shown glimpses of being a good manager. Lampard is the greatest player this club has ever had in my opinion and my favourite of all time so i wouldnt complain.

I see no one else who would be better suited than Sarri in the circumstances we are at in my opinion. Guardiola and Klopp have spend huge amounts of money on top players to develop their squads and will keep buying. Best we can do with this squad is 3rd and thats what we got.

  9. Its looking very bleak indeed. With Loftus Cheek injury and Odoi too, two players Sarri was going to integrate fully next season in the first team.

Reports out of italy are that Ac milan are very interested in Sarri too. If Sarri leaves I have no idea who would come in with these set of players, minus Hazard, cho and loftus cheek and do well. Not to mention the transfer ban and a brand new style of play that needs to be taught. For that reason best possible case is for Sarri to remain with us if he hasnt already decided that he had enough of this mess.

  10.

Solskjaer is a great example, look how it turned out for him.

If Sarri is sacked say goodbye to the dream of playing the youth.

He is far from my favourite manager but there is no one better than him in the position we find ourselves with a looming transfer ban.

  11. So, Zidane leaves Bale out of his team and when asked he says "its very clear what I done"

Yet, Conte respectfully send a text to Costa to look for a new club as he is not in his plans and gets murdered by fans and media.

It resonates so much with what Sarri is going through now. We don't support our managers whatsoever, that's why we have such a weak squad mentally as they know they have the power to fire a manager in an instant if they want to. Hope Conte signs for Inter as we will see his true quality then.

    Out

We are a very average team with one world class player in it, when he leaves which looks likely in the next few months then I fear we will struggle big time.

Sarri doesn’t play attractive or effective football (this isn’t Seria A) and other teams are improving fast.

Mew mad ea huge struggle of getting to the Europa final despite playing average teams in the process and needing pens to get over the line.

Might be a nice bloke and all but he hasn’t won a thing in football and it shows badly when it matters at Chelsea.

As you put it we are a very average team, so how is he supposed to play great football in his first season, at the same time meet the objective of champions league and make loftus-cheek a first team player. Don't you think is best to wait until next year to have a better evaluation of him as a manager. This sort of inpatientence has led to us getting rid of salah, de bruyne etc

In terms of the strikers my point is that Sarri has already said that he wants Higuain to remain first choice next season if possible. So even if we were able to go to the market the manager wants to continue with Higuain. Which i wouldn't be a fan of.
And for me is another sign that we shouldn't be trusting Sarri to turn this club around. Higuain is 32 when next season starts and is not what i would consider building for the future which is what we have to do now.

What is Sarri supposed to say in regards to Higuaín FFS, when Higuaín has called him a father figure in some interviews. His confidence would be shattered if Sarri says that Higuaín is not needed, not to mention that it wouldn't be good business if we looking to sign another striker. Sarri is definitely better at handling the media than Conte where he would complain about the lack of signings and quality in the team, hence is downfall with the players and as a consequence results.

Key summer. We need to use our best youth and, if allowed, make the right signings. Question is, is Sarri the right man to use this cause if not the next one cannot sign anyone.

Why wouldn't he, he has used youth more than any previous manager! Who else would be able to handle the pressure of managing chelsea and playing at least 3 youth players on the first team at the same time?

Tony Gaie or Gayle however you spell it is an absolutely grade A asshole and is the most bias commentator that comments on Chelsea matches basically just ignore everything he says

I bloody hate that guy. I was looking forward to giving a piece of my mind on his Twitter account but he is inactive. Sky should bloody fire him, he is useless.

We’ve scraped into the top 4 cus Spuds took their eye of the ball, United luckily made the mistake of making Olly permanent manager based upon actually nothing much at all, and the Arsenal tanking at the finish line as per usual. Sarri has achieved the minimum requirement top 4, if he goes on to win the EL fair enough - he’s improved upon last years 6th & a trophy. One things for sure he’s so far not shown he’s up to the elite level we’ve become mostly accustomed to. Let’s see how he does without Eden next season as he is certain to stay now.

You are really positive aren't you! 🤣🤣🤣

  18. Loving the fact we are above spurs and arsenal. I hate spurs a bit more though, hope we end up above them.

On a different topic i dont see many articles written about Chelsea making champions league, yet there will be dozens of articles if there is just a tiny bit if unrest or things not going our way!

You mean his penultimate season ... 🙂

Thats the one. I will never forget that game. I remember it vividly watching it in a pub in south ken, gronjkaer was immense that day and ultimately changed the history of this club with Abramovich taking over.

I feel we are entering a new chapter now too. Hope we win Uefa cup and this would have being an exceptional season in my view.
