And replace him with what? Keep the manager for once build for the long term.

Virosh got a reaction from Liam in Man City vs Chelsea (PL) Sat 2tth January 25 17:30 GMTSeeing a lot of very strong reactions here which are understandable but still wrong for me. Calling our manager and players horrible names like 'bald fraud' is over the top and just not something I think we should be doing as a fanbase.
This is a very young team and a lack of solid mentality and knowing how to manage games comes with that. Maresca has his reasons for tactical choices and player selection and it's always towards the future of the club, rather than focused on one one game. We have seen a lot of improvement in the team compared to the last two seasons and I believe we'll eventually become a fantastic team but until the we will have moments like this.
Don't get me wrong, we are in a crisis and we need to be better but I think it was always part of the plan to buy young talent and figure out who's good enough by giving them a chance - what we're seeing is a feature, not a bug. In that vein of thought, Sanchez has maybe finally proven he's not up to the job of a too-class goalkeeper and Jackson needs another striker to take the burden off him when he's off form.

The board should act by sacking Maresca. Maresca has better and fitter players than Postecoglu. That's the only difference between the two. No tactics, formation. Just stream forward for the first 20 minutes and put pressure on the opponent's defenders and goalkeeper. If we're not two ahead, forget it.
It must be the bet of the season, Chelsea ahead at half time and lose after 90.
OK,ok..it was a draw at ht today but..
Sanchez is a joke. He was a second choice to Steele at Brighton. Steele has been discarded there as well.

Scored a goal and look terrified to press or attack. The manager is a pussy and it shows in his players.
-
We can all imagine a million different ways he could have scored but some of us exist in reality.

It wasn't a great pass from Palmer to Jackson

Trev's match stats.

All pretty straight forward. Clearly Jorgensen did his chances of first team action no favours and i think it was also a reality check for anyone who thinks Guiu is remotely ready to play football at a Premier League level. He looked lost for 90 minutes today.

Virosh got a reaction from AndyDowsleftflank in Crystal Palace vs Chelsea (PL) Sat 4th January 25 15:00 GMTSeeing a lot of negativity from fellow fans, which is understandable but I absolutely don't get the calls to get rid of Maresca. We were not awful today, we were pretty good for large periods and should have scored at least a few more goals than we did and if that happened in the first half, the game is completely different and we likely win.
We are in a poor run now and it shows in the belief the players are playing with. We always knew we had a young team that doesn't manage games well and doesn't have a good defence - the last 4 games have shown us exactly that.
Have faith, my brothers and sisters. We are still a good team and have a lot of room to grow.
-
Get him out now. All this talent and options and he has us playing like this .sick of it
-
Im saying sack this c**t

Maresca isn’t Chelsea manager quality

Virosh got a reaction from Sexyfootball in Everton vs Chelsea (PL) Sun 22nd Dec 24 14:00 GMTWe had an off day and Everton played their game well. We started well but when we couldn't score, that gave them belief to get stuck in and we didn't respond in kond.
I'm not worried, we are still an excellent team and progressing amazingly this season. Today injuries didn't help (imagine Reece, Cucu or Lavia playing instead of Disasi who is just simply not a right back) and neither did the weather.
Sanchez MOTM for me, saved our bacon twice with fantastic saves, no one else really stood out.

Virosh reacted to dR3 in Everton vs Chelsea (PL) Sun 22nd Dec 24 14:00 GMTAbsolutely not the end of the world, none of us expected to be second come Christmas.
Things are looking good.
Now, let's hope the dippers lose.

Jackson cost us which he always was going to one day.
Guys a donkey

Virosh got a reaction from BelgradeCFC in Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea (PL) Sun 8th Dec 24 16:30 GMTOk, that was seriously impressive. I don't think we're winning the league but even at 2 down, I had no doubt we'll get something out of this game. We are a very good team

Shows massive character to comeback and win a game like that when being 2-0 down.
A very nervy start but the boys actually became men.
-
Team still capable of switching off and self inflict but cannot deny the mentality to get back in the game.
Huge win.
