Think it's the sort of selection which will be seen as stupidity by haters if we drop points and exceptional if we win decisively. 
Taking into account our recent performances I think it was necessary to rest a lot of the starters.

The valencia and city games really took a toll on the boys good job of rotation from FRANK

Tomori is pure class. Reminds me of Paul McGrath and there is no higher praise.

Very surprised Christensen is benched for Tomori. Would've liked to see a Christensen - Tomori partnership with Zouma on the bench.

But, I trust Lamps to know better than I do.

I'll have to pay more attention to Kovacic...

It was certainly hot at the home of football yesterday in the wastelands of west Dublin. Drops of glistening  sweat from the brow of Shay of Shay's Burgers were seasoning the limp patties.
And there was Bakayoko channeling his inner Mikel. Playing against a bunch of unemployed electricians was his golden opportunity not to be the worst player on the pitch. He didn't take it.
It is also unfortunate that with another year behind him Kurt looks like he is still learning how to kick a ball, furrowed brow and all. 
Bats was the big positive for me. Good movement good awareness good touch looks strong and hungry. St Pats keeper played out of his skin. 
Kovacic has a most impressive backside continuing our long tradition of big buttocked beauties. 
Super Frank showed a well honed ability to milk applause which, as we know, is a prerequisite for a successful Premier League manager. When his eyes met mine I nearly fainted but that could have been the burger. 
Overall a successful day out and no one got stabbed with a needle.

I think from this round of the FA cup it is now straight to ET and pens, i don't think there are replays anymore. 

Couldn't disagree more. Utd trying to press us high up the pitch like they tried against PSG will play into our hands. If we play Sarriball properly we're built for breaking a press and killing teams.

I doubt we just volunteered it out of generosity it was probably a condition of the signing. What I don't know is if the board thought he is teh best player available for 58 million or if it's partly a marketing ploy to gain more American fans 

Have you seen his Napoli side, its similar to Man City and Liverpool, i wonder how they're doing this season......
People just need patience we are are at least 4 signgings off getting what we want, Pep and Jurgen had to build and be patient to get where they are.

I don't think we will see many changes of the starting 11 for this one maybe 1 or 2 at most. 
Start fast win the game nice and early then we can give a couple a bit of rest .
