With all due respect, I have seen what they are like over the years and have spent far too much time looking at RAWK over the few days.

I couldn't possibly poison myself with any more of their sh*t.

The worst thing is none of that will hit the main stream press, it will be quickly brushed under that carpet and ignored as usual.

We finally got to see Torres’s true colours yesterday and it wasn’t red. After supporting him faithfully for years he literally turned his back on all Liverpool supporters.

hes a f**king prick for last night - I hate the bar steward now, glad i didnt get his name and number on this years jerseys and all the old ones with his name are in a bin in arizona

No guys/girls.........It's not a bad hangover.....Torres has gone to Chavski. f**k him, the poxy injury prone (Michael Owen double) little sh*t.

Ah FFS.........can't believe Torres has screwed Merseyside and the wider Kop followers .

I cannot believe the turncoat Judas B@stard on Sky Sports News just there!!!! A Chelsea TV interview broadcasted on Sky. It was obviously recorded yesterday. Nando.....you w**ker. No loyalty. We thought u were different!

Jaysus.....bad move Torres. At least Konchesky had the good sense to sign for a team with some European cups in the trophy room! Hahahahahaha....

To be fair the above is a bit funny !

One guy on RAWK said he wanted JT to rape Nando's wife. He was then giving a bollocking from every other member and then promptly banned.

I'm sure a fair few Liverpool fans are seeing this with some sense and think perhaps getting Carroll and Suarez for Torres and 8m isn't that bad a deal.

As always it's a few morons who take things too far, by saying if I have to burn my jersey let me do it on television or upload it onto youtube so everyone can see my immense overreaction.

It must inspire great confidence in Suarez and Carroll that they all think the world has ended now he has signed for us.

Typical of that scum. I can understand being biased and everyone is passionate about there club in one way or the other, but these lot take it to a new low.

Just got this from The Telegraph:

Torres cares about his own immediate gratification - nothing else, no badge, no colours, no nothing. He's the very personification of the modern mercenary footballer. He came to Liverpool the season after they won the Champions League because he wanted to win it, there were no other reasons.

All the talk of loving Liverpool, loving the Kopites, revelling in their achievments, it was all bluster and sadly, we were taken in. But that's a price you pay for having an emotional bond with your club.

Chelsea 'supporters' won't have to worry about that.

As for joining Chelsea to win the Champions League, is the snakey wee Spaniard not aware of the fact that they've never won it? Nor will they any time soon.

At least Konchesky, who's gone out on loan to Nottingham Forest, can look in his club's trophy cabinet and see a couple of European trophies, but they are a club of pedigree, of history, and they're two things Chelsea can't buy.

Spend as much as you like, Roman, you can't buy class

It's nothing new, they spout this kind of sh*t in a regular basis, but it's the class bit that always gets me.

A player moves to a bigger, currently more successful club. I suppose being reminded you aren't the top dogs any more is painful.... but satisfying for me who had to put up with all the glory hunters in the 70s and 80s while supporting a team I supported because of my father!!!

A nice day for the older supporters on here, how the tide has turned! :D

Haha the top thread on RAWK is already moaning about net spend! hahaha looks like the Rafa mentality still exist in every w**ker of a supporter that club has!

Edit: And its just typical of them to moan about class & history etc. A deluded club with extremely deluded and bitter fans who havnt moved on from over 20 years ago. I think theyre close to becoming my most hated team! Watch out Spuds!

History lesson number one:

Liverpool FC: back in the '60s they were a small club who were raised above their previous station by a massive injection of catalogue money. This and further cash injections ultimately led to a prolonged period of success, during which they acquired a fan base consisting of an excessively large proportion of glory hunting hypocrites.

So very very true. I've hit them with the catalogue money argument a few times but it falls on deaf ears, Littlewoods wasn't it? They were also knocked out of the FA Cup by non league Worcester City in 1959. I live in the area and that's the greatest ever moment in there history. It's great to wind people up round here. Confession time for a moment, when I was 6 maybe 7 I recieved a dippers kit as a Christmas present, barely remember ever wearing it, shortly after that my uncle, a born and bred 2nd generation fan, grabbed me by the scruff of the neck and dragged me off to the bridge. Phew lucky escape. I need a shower now after admitting that.

Could you not just change the names of Torres, Liverpool and Chelsea in that piece to Carroll, Newcastle and Liverpool and it would still read exactly the same? I suppose they will ignore that though as it doesnt fit into their myopic, victim mentality.

I read somewhere that some of those who was "caught" on tape burning the Torres shirt was hired by journalists to do it.

Absolutely appauling really.

And the reaction by some fans are pathetic as well. It's good to see that not all scousers accept that behaviour.

And I guess that we have fans like that as well. If JT would have signed for City I bet we would see burning shirts and death threats.

Oh well, the small, pathetic, sad excuses for human beings get all the attention as usual.

Why can't there be a test everyone has to take at like 15 and if you fail that it proves you are a f*cking prick and you're executed on the spot.

Would lower the amount of people in the world, thus saving the environment, and we would not have to deal with stupid idiots that make the world seem like a sewer.

And there would be hardly any scousers as well...

One thing I find amazing about Liverpool fans' reaction to Torres leaving is the sense that he has betrayed them and turned his back on the club.

My friend, who is an Atletico Madrid fan, made a good point while we were watching SSN yesterday. Torres left Atleti - his boyhood club - the club he would have a major emotional attachment to, to go to Liverpool to win trophies.

He didn't win anything, and I maintain they are no closer to winning a Premier League title despite their purchases yesterday. He has come to Chelsea, and we have a much better chance of winning things. We're in the Champions League for a start.

It's a logical career progression, which must really hurt for Liverpool fans, who are proud of their club, as all fans are.

It's not the 1980s any more, a dose of realism would be most welcome when it comes to analysing why Torres left.

I won't be holding my breath though.

Hopefully the club keeps him out of the scousers game, and cites the death threats as a reason.

Do you notice how of all the big english clubs, this is the only one in which the reaction is always so vindictive when they feel betrayed? I dont recall Tevez or Joe Cole getting death threats for going to rivals. I dont hear about Henry, or Robben, or Berbatov or Ronaldo being so targeted when their clubs got big fees for them.

What is it about this place and this team that makes them so hateful and willing to turn on their "messiah" in the blink of an eye (unless that is Rafa)? Maybe its because after years of frustration this is all they have left.

The scouse reaction has been silly, but the general reaction of United, Arsenal fans etc is one that we have no history, and no future, and we're relying on a sugar daddy etc.

So the usual.

My bad, I thought this thread was about DKW. All I read was "disgraceful"

Ooh look, Ive got a stalker, brilliant.

I pretty much had that reaction after I posted one of the new Torres songs as my facebook status. Dippers were wishing Torres would break a leg, whilst manc and le arse fans were going on about us buying success and how sh*t he is anyway. One guy claimed the whole arse starting XI was worth less than £50m. I haven't bothered to check yet, but I'm sure Nasri, Arshavin, and Vermaelen weren't particularly cheap. Then again it's not really anything to boast about if season after season you win absolutely buggar all.

We bought the league, L`Arse failed to buy the league.

Typical from 'the best' fans in the world. I hope they tighten security on Sunday, being abused verbally by fans is one thing, but I can see some idiots try to throw things his way on Sunday. Without Torress, they would be in relegation battle by now, they should be greatful for what he has done.
