FIFA might ban Joel Matip from club football for the duration of the African Cup of Nations because he's refused a call-up by his country. Klopp won't like that.

Personally thats a stupid thing to do. He hasn't played for them since before he joined Liverpool.  If he doesn't want to play for them he shouldn't be punished.

On a sporting level I hope they ban him

Arsenal's result means little to us either way. They always fall apart when it comes to title challenges but will do enough in the end to secure top 4 and keep Wenger in the job. Long may it continue.

Arsenal summed up by giroud overcelebrating an equaliser rather than going to get the ball quickly to look for the winner

Exactly. Now, to be fair most of the team were trying to get back and get started again, but there was still 3 or more going nuts with Giroud.

Also, as expected Wenger has a little moan about the schedule. He's here long enough now and been dealing with this schedule for 20 f**king years. It's not like it was suddenly sprung on him at the last minute. Every club has to deal with it. Some years you get a bit more of a break, other times you don't. Just f**king get on with it.

I just read Wenger's interview, moaning about fixture congestion etc come on Wenger you've been in this league long enough you pillock. Surely Bournemouth's squad isn't as big as Arsenals in terms of quality aswell, bet he never moans about that.

Arsenal can celebrate a 3-3 draw like a win all they like, but that doesn't change the fact that they should be very very worried this season. On current form, there is no way they are going to finish top 4. Both United and Tottenham look a lot better than them. They were 1st on goal difference a few weeks back, they are now 8 points behind us and 2 points ahead of 6th place United. They are in big trouble.

Interestingly, I just went to arsenal mania and checked the Petr cech thread and the arsenal fans on there really don't rate him. 95% want Ospina to take his place and its stretches back for months. They are basically saying his kicking is awful and loses them possession 10-15 times a game, also that he hasn't saved a pen in his last 15 he has faced. Also that he gets beaten by easy shots. One fan said he hates him like he hates Walcott.

They are getting desperate. The only player they don't hate right now is Sanchez
