Looks like Arsenal are going to be running away with the title next season then...

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says not playing in Europe has helped Premier League title winners Chelsea this season but warns the next campaign will be "a different story". (Daily Mail)

Some wonderful advice there from the great man Wenger himself.  its not like we haven't won the premier league 4 times while playing in Europe before. Apparently we're Leicester. :laugh2:

Its amazing how many excuses he comes up with year after year. I suppose next season since all the top 6 clubs will be playing in Europe, Burnley will win the league. Or even Leicester will win another title

What an absolute deluded twat he is.

I haven't really paid attention to this Spurs stadium thing but I looked at it today and turns out they're not even moving. It's practically the same stadium or at least half modified, so what's all this fuss? All this time I thought they're were actually moving miles away.

What pisses me off more than anything is these deluded managers whose teams under performed and they blame their entire failure of not winning the title of having to play in Europe....WTF half of them only played a handful of games before being dumped out of their respective competitions and it's not like the first time they have ever played on a Saturday / Wednesday...a bunch of whining c**ts if you ask me.

There it is! Wenger has tried to sabotage their season so they don't have to deal with Europe next season and they can push for the title. I got you fam

We can give him a 10 pt head start, no Europe and no cup competition and still finish above him.

inter has moved on from conte, now targeting pochettino, apparently there's a release clause on his contract according to dimarzio

good, looks like the inevitable spuds downfall will come earlier than expected

The funniest thing about Wenger's comments is that all we have to say to counter it is that we were in Europe two season's ago and won the title then too........

What a fool he is.

The funniest thing is in the period where the cl is on hold we win more games than arsenal, so he's still wrong the deluded f**kwit..

Of course there will always be a White Hart Lane it's not even going anywhere it's just getting a revamp :laugh2:

Barney Ronay said it best. They're moving about 15 meters... for money. At least West Ham were actually leaving their borough.

So out of curiosity I was looking at whoscored.com. we'll end the season with 48 games arsenal with 55. I guess 7 extra games explains a (currently) 21point difference.

Oh and arsenal never actually lost the next game after a game in Europe

Liverpool home 1-2 loss

Arsenal away 0-3 loss

Southampton away 2-0 win

Sunderland away 1-0 win

Palace away 1-0 win

Stoke home 4-2 win

Spurs away 0-2 loss

Liverpool away 1-1 draw

Arsenal home 3-1 win

Stoke away 2-1 win

City home 2-1 win

Bournemouth away 3-1 win

Southampton home 4-2 win

Everton away 3-0 win

West Brom away 1-0 win

Watford home 4-3 win

These are the league fixtures we have played with playing another game 5 or less days earlier and the record is P16 W12 D1 L3 PTS 37 which is title winning numbers, we will have more depth next season to cope, so anyone expecting Antonio's fall from grace are in for a nasty shock.

With Spurs being flavour of the month with the media, none of them ever mention the fact that Daniel Levy fought tooth and nail for the Olympic stadium which has proven to be a complete disaster.

They'd have been playing in that sh*thole if he had gotten his way so all the praise for the vision they have shown with the new stadium is laughable.

Pep: 'I would have been sacked if I was managing Barcelona or Bayern'

"In my situation at a big club, I'm sacked. I'm out," said the Catalan.

"If it is Barcelona and Bayern you don't win and you are out. Here I have a second chance and I will try to do it better next season."

Never seen a manager repeatedly slag off his own club throughout a season like Pep has with City this season. Funny though that he's not exactly lying. :laugh2:
