The captain being lifted with the Scottish Cup Eric Caldow was, according to my old man, way ahead of his time.

He was an attacking skilful left back with lots of pace.

Not the typical full back in Scottish or British football back in the early 1960s.

Greig admitted later his legs were shaking for the first 15mins of the game, after his ‘Ben Hur’ impersonation.😀
