So Chelsea asked Monaco to send them paperwork so the deal can be completed they never sent it, as they have received a big offer from PSG for Fabinho and they won't sell both Bakayoko and Fabinho so they are buying time right now to see if the PSG bid is legit, so as of right now the deal is off...

This is really annoying from all parties involved. Should have locked this signing a week if not weeks ago. Now that it's on the verge, Monaco wants to wait because of some offer from PSG? To see if it's real? What?
