IMO, we've been winning inspite of them not because of them. It's like playing with 9 men at times.

Martic has been a passenger for far longer than Costa.

It's become this simple for me now. Do we stick with Costa and risk losing the title, or drop him and hope somebody else can do a better job ? Right now i would drop him. It's not going to improve now, he's been poor for too long for it to suddenly just change. Past seasons also suggest that he won't get any better.
