The manager picked him, even when his form since September has been dreadful. Actually, he persists with the same out of form players, same tactics too. Even when he makes a change, he never changes the tactics. He has made 3 subs today, but not a single change to the system. This whole performance has been a typical Sarri performance. The players get a lot of the blame for not taking their chances, but Sarri must take some of the blame too, his plan A is terrible. He's been found out but he's sticking by it.

I personally do not see any system at all.  We play free for all, run and randomly kick the ball.

I have a feeling we train blindfolded with a ball with bells attached.

I’m not angered or upset by the performance because I’m not surprised.

It’s been like this for five months now.

Nothing will change or improve, especially with the transfer ban.

This is what Chelsea is under Sarri.

The players on the team lack attacking instinct which IMO is one of the reasons why they struggle to score. You watch CHO and that it what looks like a player that wants to attack. It's a shame the manager still lets him start off the bench.

Exactly.

Pick three midfielders who have no clue where the goal is, add one winger who is head down and dribbling into dead ends all the time, another winger who runs about like a headless chicken, full backs that can't overlap or cross, and have limited pace .. rinse and repeat ... it doesn't matter who the poor sap is playing at centre forward ... he has no chance whoever he is ...

We gave Everton a "routine win at home". Sarri has lost the plot this football is worse than Conte's last season.

Albeit we do actually have more points after 30 games than we did last year ?

We are in a world of sh*t if this 2 window ban holds up and we lose hazard.

Could be a blessing in disguise and allow to promote our youth.

Changed the plan against city and Tottenham, shouldn’t need special tactics for Everton the system was working look at the first half, problem is heads drop as soon as their is a goal that’s mentality not tactics, if anything Alonso has been picking up form recently, good game against Tottenham, scores on Thursday..Emerson is the only replacement and technically he is a very weak player just has pace in Alonso, this is what people are missing we are lacking decent replacements that’s why it’s the same squad, same complaint under Jose, then conte now Sarri, keeps picking same team...ask why

Anthony Taylor, saw what he wanted, when he wanted. Same as the pundits who hear what they want, when they want. Lets see if any of them heard the homophobic chants from swathes of the Everton fans.

What the f**k is Sarri's system??? We are absolute shiite in defence, midfield and attack. I don't see any system or shape of the team....

Not going to watch the rest of the season, we have no hope under Sarri. Useless manager

That doesn't take in count the obvious difference in the quality of teams and football played. A few seasons in a row nobody that got promoted went back down so top teams gather more points, we are 6th and we will finish 6th.
