I think he can sign but we can't pay anything and i think he has to change his nationality. Simples. It's taken us 60 days to work out that FDJ doesn't want to join us, and actually we are still in denial over that, yet we can sign this lad, change his nationality and sort out all of the sanctions issues regarding payment in the next............48 hours.

Think the latest is that he's in the process of being an Armenian citizen? Not quite sure. 

Really wish we get this over the line as he and Nkunku could make losing out on Enzo a lot easier.
