How many wingers do we need, maybe we're trying the loan army strategy again

Hmm if you add it up:

Sterling 49.5mill

Joao Felix 11mill

Madueke 30mill plus

Only 16mill away from Enzos clause there Todd...

I don’t find this surprising at all, especially when you consider reports that Boehly is aiming for a full squad overhaul. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Pulisic, Havertz, Ziyech, and Aubameyang leave out attack by the coming summer. I’m sure we will sign a midfielder too.

Agreed but us he up to snuff? Really so young no big league experience.

Apparently a great talent for the future, but not yet ready. Also an insane injury record in the last season and a half.

Still I'm sure the club are doing an in depth due diligence on him!! After all I am sure that this level of analysis took you hours and hours of investigation and research to get to.

We're going to do it again aren't we!

Well in all fairness. I used a cheat code. I asked a friend about him that watches Eredivisie football on a weekly base. (See random rumours topic). And based on his feedback I looked a bit deeper in the concerns he shared.

But I guess that the club also has friends.

So the can also do the analytics.

Think the majority of his injuries are from muscular imbalances, and at 20 years old it gives hope he can avoid this through proper rehab and strength training. Maybe that is where our recruitment team sees the potential.

Only question is whether he is a talent worth investing in.

All part of the data analysis. Is the player injured often? Yes? Tico box!

We will be mad to pay £30m+ for a player that isn’t ready. Even paying £15m+ for player that can walk into the 1st 18 is nuts.

Noni Madueke of PSV.

£26.5m

Chukwunonso "Noni" Tristan Madueke [20 year old born in Barnet] is on his way back to London

5ft 9" ---- a winger and attacking mid - England U21 international

. . . .described by the club as "a creative, physically strong left-footed midfielder". Madueke's manager at PSV stated Madueke was "able to read situations, get to the right positions and be in the right place". The BBC described him as a "direct, powerful and versatile attacker"

and there is probably a you tube video

Looks like we are pushing to get this done quickly as well.

Don't know much about him but it looks like he can use both feet, left preferred, and plays off the right. We do need a right sided attacker.

Talk that DD Fofana on loan is being discussed as part of the deal with PSV.

I hope all thèse winger deals mean that players are being shipped out.

Mudryk, Felix and Maudeke in, Ziyech, Pulisic and Havertz out. Good trade?

100%, the current three have been massively underwhelming in their time here.

I'll take anyone over those three tbh. As a Havertz fan I'm massively disappointed at the lack of impact he made at the club and it might just be time to cut our losses and sell him. A lot of clubs in Germany will probably be scrambling over him.

How much do reckon we’ll get for those 3?

We need loads of wingers because they can also play as full backs too, as we  well know !!😀😀😀

I think with the right manager and players Havertz can be devastating. His positioning and timing runs is World class, as good as Lampard.

I think there is a world class player in him but he’s never had the right service and players around him aren’t good enough really. I saw a glimpse where he did a few good passes with Felix, picture him playing with really good attackers, it would bring the best out of him.

If we’re going to sell him I’d definitely demand a huge fee.
