Hats off to our women's side.

They should go over to the men's training and show them what it means to play with pride and effort for the badge, and how they are an embarrassment and should be ashamed of themselves.

Exactly. Have played really well and play with pride. Very different from last night.

Credit to the ladies in it until the whistle blew.

Thought Emma got the tactics right though the subs were maybe not composed enough at times, still much better than that 4-0 drubbing in the final a few years back.

Good effort, had much more faith in them getting a result than that other mob. Hopefully next season will be a bit kinder on the old injury front and we get a few reinforcements in up top.

The lack of appreciation for our women’s team on this forum is disgusting.

I often wonder whether to add each fixture thread anymore!

PLease do continue and the live links often help as well, as i am often trawling through random sites trying to find where we are (I normally forget about the youtube link until i see the post).

Didn't see today's tbh as i had to work late. Gutted for the ladies.

Just hope that Emma doesn't start feeling that she has taken the group as far as she can. Best female football manager in the game, by a distance.

Please continue with the fixture thread. @WhiteWall Agree that Emma is the best female manager around and like you I hope that she doesn't start to feel that she has taken the group as far as she can. I think that she wants to win the CL with Chelsea. Down the line she will probably move on and if the England job is available I'm sure that Emma will be approached. Whether she accepts is another matter. Emma is in her late forties so she has many years ahead of her in football management.

Emma is refreshingly honest in her approach to games and post match interviews. Have listened to her comments when she is a pundit during matches and she is spot on and doesn't come out with the crap that some pundits do. A person who is highly respected in the game. Emma, keep up the great work.
