must admit that I am excited by this apointment.   I like his pysical style of play, in addition with dark arts - a little nasty Argentinian touch to rattle and unsettle the opponent. also, finally our players will not be huffing and puffing after 20 minutes I guess. I think that spuds played some good football under his regime but when it came to deciders Chelsea was always their to piss on their parade. that ruthless Chelsea is gone, completely vaporized this season. I just hope this man and his stuff can do some magic.

Welcome Pochettino!

Although I'm far from convinced he's the man, we owe him our full support. So it's all go for MoPo from me!

hope for the best, plan for the worst. Wouldn't have been my choice but I wasnt on the selection committee. Lets go Pochettino

Lose against Newcastle and our home record will be 666 which sums up the season. I don't give a toss about him being ex Spurs anyone who does hasn't got the best interests of the club but saying that if it goes badly the fans will get on his back for his Spurs connections it happened to Conte and Mourinho cause of their Chelsea connections so it's not unique it's what football fans do.

He’s not signed on the dotted line yet. Still got time to come to his senses.

SkyBet have closed the book, that's good enough for me.

I quite liked the idea of building something with Potter and finally stopping the hiring and firing. That clearly didn’t work out, but I feel like this is the time we’re actually going to build a team since Mourinho 1.0. Someone posted the other day about how we’ve papered over the l cracks since perhaps 2010, and I think that’s true. Pochettino seems like the right fit, throw in a GK, CM, and ST and we’re on a solid path.

I am however, always an optimist 😂

Supporting Chelsea means happiness and elation one moment, disappointment and despair the other. I fully expect to continue this with Pochettino and everyone who comes after him, even Zeta.

Nothing will stop the polls.

There’s got to be a “how much is he getting paid” poll, a “how long is the contract” poll and a “how long will he last” poll as a minimum.

MoPo is good at developing players and systems, etc. Apparently. But winning trophies is NOT his strong point. Even Frank got close to winning a trophy with Chels. That FA Cup final against Arsenal when we were essentially robbed by the ref.

Will we win a trophy with MoPo? Maybe not. But . . .maybe a season or two under MoPo will get our squad in order? I see him as a rehab manager.  MoPo has better credentials than that bloke Potter. We have a young squad that is very needy in terms of man-management, there is a lot of work that needs to be done there and MoPo is good at that apparently. Maybe we can at least figure out how to do the 'high press'.

Pochettino believes in "energía universal" (English: universal energy), the idea that people, places and things are charged with a hidden energy, positive or negative.
