If you do not receive your card by then you will need to contact the membership department on 0870 300 2322 or by contacting websales@chelseafc.com So does that mean I should now contact them seeing as I haven't received mine yet! (not that it matters and awful lot whether or not I have it as I can still order tickets with my membership number online! ;)) How many others have/haven't got their membership cards yet?

July 25, 200717 yr We tried to re new our membership and are still trying but because of an address problem its not happening . As for help from the club , we phoned 3 times , useless bunch of incompetent tossers .
