November 23, 200717 yr Would be great coach for England IMO. He seems to be a great "project" coach. Premier league with the cups is too long for him, but coaching England or some other country would suit him well. I mean he is coaching england's most uninteresting side at the moment. Okay, he chose the players, but would be good to him to leave now...
November 23, 200717 yr A great comment on the Guardian football podcast. Rafa's rotation policy is designed to make it harder for the burglars to know which players will be away with the team each week!!! Of course, the other big question would be, would he pick Gerrard? I don't think he would.
November 23, 200717 yr Of course, the other big question would be, would he pick Gerrard? I don't think he would. Spot on Ethical. He wouldn't. It's the only thing I like about The Chinless One - he rates Gerrard about as highly as we do.
November 23, 200717 yr I think he would play him on the right. I think he'd sit him on the right, helps balance the bench a bit.
November 23, 200717 yr but if they ever won a cup, england would lose it before they got it. (that sneaky Gerrard always stealing something)
November 25, 200717 yr A few rumours going around that Fat Rafa is about to be sacked... http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/2511_rafa.shtml http://www.lfconline.com/news/loadnews. ... &id=364504
November 25, 200717 yr Author Don't do it Jose! Any betrayal anyone felt Gus committed with the Spurs incident will be comfortably surpassed by seeing Jose manage Liverpool.
November 25, 200717 yr Loz I very much doubt that Jose would want to walk in to a club where he would have no say in transfer targets. Sounds rather familiar doesn't it.
