Posted November 16, 200816 yr Ordinarily I wouldnt start a topic on this but i've just read that Mancienne has received a senior callup from Capello pretty significant news, imo, and it must do worlds for his confidence. If we have a player like that waiting in the wings, does it make one of our current CB's expendable? Maybe the principle of selling high might have some relevance. Just throwing it out there
November 16, 200816 yr Well if you look at who is ahead of him in the pecking order and their ages Terry 27 Carvalho 30 Alex 26 Ivanovic 24 then he is a million miles from the first team as none of those players are near retiring and he is never going to get a chance to prove whether or not he should move above any of them. I suppose you could argue that Scolari should maybe look to the future and cash in on Carvalho as he only has maybe 3 years left at the top however I don't see that happening.
November 16, 200816 yr Rotating centre halves is, or me, a sure fire way to throw away our Premiership challenge.
November 16, 200816 yr well well well, theres a surprise. stevie me has another of them 7 day injurys he seems to get now and then. you know the type, appears immediately after a liverpool game whenever theres an england friendly. what a tosser.
November 16, 200816 yr well well well, theres a surprise. stevie me has another of them 7 day injurys he seems to get now and then. you know the type, appears immediately after a liverpool game whenever theres an england friendly. what a tosser. He's just talented in become injured at the correct time - who could blame him for that? He comes first before everyone else!
November 16, 200816 yr A scouser whispered to me that "they" wouldn't refuse ... so it's going to be a big drama again ... Am I the only one asking myself how could the lad claim he loves to wear his white shirt when he's never available when it comes to wearing it? He must have some metaphysical in-touch with this shirt that he could love it without wearing it! I'm not deep enough to philosophy to figure this out!
November 16, 200816 yr It's quite simple. GERRARD (excuse the language) has been indisputably proven to be a lying two-faced whining hypocritical nasty little cheating little whiny scouse git. I'd like to request that the word GERRARD (excuse the language) be added to the swear filter, to be perhaps automatically replaced by something like ... what a nasty koppite eejit ratbag. or w.a.n.k.e.r. for short.
November 16, 200816 yr It's quite simple. National Traitor (excuse the language) has been indisputably proven to be a lying two-faced whining hypocritical nasty little cheating little whiny scouse git. Nothing to add I'd like to request that the word National Traitor (excuse the language) be added to the swear filter, to be perhaps automatically replaced by something like ... what a nasty koppite eejit ratbag. or w.a.n.k.e.r. for short. If not possible to add it to the forum parser to replace this "term" automcatically I'm kindly asking if it could be forbidden here and earsed from the description in the "streaming forum". The reason is that everytime I see this "term" I'm trying to track and ban it with my adblock filter just to see that there is still no firefox addon to block it. But at least I've gotten rid to this sh*t face (thanks to adblock) sothat I don't risk ruining my innocent hardware equipment in a sudden rage of wrath [edit] reason for edit: again my horrifying language abilities. AoE Zone seems not to be a good language trainer ... Edited November 16, 200816 yr by Kerry
November 17, 200816 yr National Traitor is a horrible diving hypocritical piece of sh*t. nice one loz, like it. Edited November 17, 200816 yr by dkw

November 19, 200816 yr I hope it's one of those injuries that will magically heal the day after the game :P its now being known as a "Ger 'National Traitor' rard" injury...
November 19, 200816 yr Probably best that we don't say too much about Germany's equaliser. Easy to blame Carson for it but or me Terry has to take a lot of the blame for it as well.
November 19, 200816 yr what a good game for a friendly englands b team played realy well only 1 mistake jt should have put it in row z, but made it for it with a great goal i'm pleased with englands performances over the last few games i'm not happy having an italian in charge but hes doing a good job
November 19, 200816 yr J T after the game saying it was his fault for the Germany goal, nice gesture as Carson needs the confidence...also it was really one of those he should have thought "if in doubt, clout it out" nice way to make amends fro JT with a well taken goal.
November 19, 200816 yr Good game for England from what I heard and our very own Captain Fantastic with a trademark goal. Enjoy it while you can.
November 20, 200816 yr J T after the game saying it was his fault for the Germany goal, nice gesture as Carson needs the confidence...also it was really one of those he should have thought "if in doubt, clout it out"nice way to make amends fro JT with a well taken goal. Yes I thought his interview was very noble and captain like, love the bloke but to be really honest it is easy to take the blame when you have just scored a cracking winner. Germany were shocking !
November 20, 200816 yr I don't see a problem with Matthew Upson partnering JT at the back either, solid game.
November 20, 200816 yr i second what andy said, germany were appalling. they barely created a chance and were all over the place in defence. such a shame......
