Must admit if it wasn't for the fact that is Liverpool inflicting the result this would be making hilarious viewing.

few defences have to live with that shame!

Good effort by Crouch, I don't mind him. Don't rate him much as a quality footballer, and certainly not international class, but he comes across as a decent bloke and quite humble as well (a rare thing in top flight football)

 
his dad still has his season ticket.

anyway, as we all know, toure isn't fit to lace the boots of "our riccy" (as he is to be known henceforth), crouch is a billion times better than defoe, and gallas' career choices are as bad as the film agent who once said "okay, you take keanu, I'll take the other guy from bill and ted".
