Am curious where the Shed ends thoughts are 10 games on Pochettino. Will be good to look back on to see where the majority think. Like with Mudryks poll.

You should lower your notion of " success"  top 4 ?? 😂

Staying up is success.

I still maintain he is the perfect man for the job. He's been a bit too cautious for my liking but I understand why he has been.

Pochettino is great for the now, I think he should be here for a few years at the very least unless something ridiculous happens and we are in a relegation battle. I don't think he's the man to win us titles or big trophies but I think he will be imperative to Chelsea's future success.

Can't vote on this

He's guarenteed to fail but it isn't his fault. It's an impossible job with the moronic ownership we have.
As sad as it is, you are absolutely right. The squad has been constructed in a way that makes it next to impossible to have any success. You can't just sign unexperienced kids from terrible leagues, sell almost all the experienced players and expect to have success.

I quite like the nickname Pottertino  :laugh2:

I don't think he'll be the one to bring back success, it will take longer than the 2 years that he has. Doesn't automatically mean he's a failure, though, I'm hoping the results for this season and the next will be a couple of places upwards in the league from 12th last season. So theoretically the season 2024-25 should see us in the top 8.
