Post-Abramovich era - what is our identity?

I don't think the club's vision has changed with the new owners, the new owners are just struggling to find the right way to get there. I don't believe we are a for-profit club now and our goal is to just get to europe. ATM that may be our goal but sometimes you need short term goals to reach long term ones.

I think it is quite clear we are using model similar to Brighton. 

Lots lots of young player in long term contract.
