Was watching some AC Milan highlights.  While so many variables, clearly we're doing something wrong if RLC and Pulisic are regularly fit for Milan.  And Kante in Saudi.

I’d say the  intensity of the PL is behind that. Neither Italy nor Saudi have leagues that play as many games at the intensity required in the Premier League.
