Read that we’re going back in for Caciedo. £55m rejected already but Brighton want £75m. Seems abit much.

Buying Caicedo in January has us breaching FFP for this 2023 fiscal season unless we finish Top 4/Win Champions league. (according to Swiss Ramble)

Interesting.

Ah come on @Sconnie Bluewe are told Todd and Co love the City model so we will just invented a Asian betting company to give us us a bunch of money.

The lad is a baller. Very exciting times ahead.

Has all the raw ingredients. Question is whether he can make the most of them or becomes Pulisic.

Interesting to see what Potter does when Sterling is fit. Think it will be telling if Ziyech and Madueke are preferred.

Could see Madueke and Sterling sharing the RW time. Ziyech likely the odd man out there. I think Sterling fits what Potter wants to do quite nicely.

Well he does look a tad more fit than our good old neighbour Christian (the pic doesn't tell much about the legs though). That's some Ronaldo/Lewandowski build, which will hopefully lead to a prolific career as long as theirs.

Trying not to get too excited about him just yet but it’s not easy. Some wonderful touches today. Quick brain as well as quick feet. Played a couple of perfectly weighed first time passes inside when pressured.
I think Kai missed a couple of opportunities to involve him today but it’s a partnership I could see working if Kai plays deeper.

Be excited, but we all need to have patience too.

He had no world cup, and their season ended in November. He needs time, and we need to manage him properly.

Also need to encourage these boys, they are young and need our backing especially if they play poorly.

I think he pretty much completed every pass, either foot, including a lovely backheel

He's significantly stronger than Pulisic from what I can see. He will be a far better fit for our game

It was only 35 minutes, but there were little things that stood out. His pace being obvious, but his passing looked crisp and he can spot holes in the oppositions defence. Dribbling in tight spaces was very good and even tracking back and playing a composed pass to get us out of trouble looked good. He already looks like a very exciting player.

Scott I think you said he looks like he couldn't finish his dinner? Harsh.

Hope he isn't Timo Werner on acid.

I think there is certainly something there. He seems to have pretty decent close control. Almost that Hazard level of bringing the ball down with the outside of his foot.

I think it's always a matter of learning the game at a higher level. PL isn't a farmers league where you can just dribble through or knock the ball around someone and out run them.

Let's hope he can bring a bit of magic to the forward line.

I hope and pray that as a Ukranian, having seen his country go through unimaginable horror in the last 18 months, he is a bit hungrier for top level success that Pulisic. always struck me as a bit soft, cossetted and a Daddy's boy

It's the first time this season that I felt that we finally had some good football from the wings this season. Ziyech and Mudryk were excellent against Liverpool.

About Mydryk, he made a very positive impact, honestly I wanted us simply play on him as much as possible because I had a feeling that something would happen.

Interesting prospect, let's see how it will work out.

Great debut, I'm very positive about him.

Even if he doesn't score as many as we would like, he will be an absolute nightmare for defenders, even fast defenders will get dumped, we need goal scorers feeding off the chaos he'll inevitably create.

YES, so right !! This lad will cause havoc, but we desperately need a FINISHER who can put the ball away inside the box, anyone know what Olivier Giroud is doing these days ??

He is more stronger, more muscle mass and harder to push around in comparison to Pulisic.

I completely understand why he didn’t sign for Arsenal

It’s essentially a team full of “dorks”

White, Ramsdale, Holding, Tomiyasu, Tierney, Arteta, Vieira and Gabriel with his hair transplant, El Neny and Zinchenko.

imagine having to spend 8 years with that lot

The only dork we have is Pulisic

Arsenal is that team which you see in these stupid movies where a bunch of outsiders win something for once against all odds.

Thiago Silva alone radiates more class and prestige than the whole Arsenal squad

Never have I seen a more apt and funnier description of an Arsenal team than this.
