I believe it's just a professional message to guide Madueke to perfection of a being football player. Maybe he wants him to focus on his recovery more than everything right now. 

I also don't see a problem in having a party.. but I also can understand Pochettino here.

 
I think the reason he probably not getting picked even when fit is attitude. 

 
I'm surprised he doesn't get more playing time at Chelsea.  Hopefully injuries are behind him and if the maturity/attitude comments are true, he improves there, as he makes football look easy at U21.  PL is a different level, but he is exciting.  Maybe league cup is his next appearance.

 
Just watched the game highlights, good game all round and Madueke looked very good.




 
Was at the City ground to watch this last week, Noni looked head and shoulders above the opposition and the majority of his team mates. Certainly a talented player for the future.

Whereas Cole Palmer likes to come inside and operate in tight spaces, Noni seems to offer the complete opposite with hugging the touchline when he doesn't have the ball. Can then cut in very reminiscent of Robben.

Credit to Boehly and co. they've actually built a very well balanced squad which in a year or two SHOULD be absolutely terrifying.

 
Horrendous cameo. Not sure he did a single thing correctly. Will surely be difficult for him to get minutes going forward.

 
He had all of 10 mins and plays better on the right. Give him a chance - he’s lethal for U21s, and it’s great we finally have some options.

His game is too individualistic , lost the ball so many times and offered nothing going foward. Individual skill can help in youth competitions just like Hudson Odoi but you need more to your game in senior football especially when teams defend as a unit.
