Unless we have quickly drawn up a target wish list after Pep turned us down and one of the top targets on that list is willing to take over right away I doubt we will see Rafa gone until the summer at the earliest.

So as we watch Arsenal rip us apart, let us think back to may and what a glorious, unified team we used to have.

 
Like many others here I see us losing this one 2-1. I think it's going to be very tense and that they will be able to exploit us on the break with Walcott's pace. Right now I have little confidence in us at the Bridge, Wednesday night was unforgiveable.

Wishing us to lose just to 'help' get the manager the sack...

Some people on here need to get off of the 'Jeremy oh my life is so f**king woe kyle' self pity train they seem to have jumped on.

I'm getting really f**ked off with this sanctimonious bo**ocks being trotted out day after day, YES we want the FSW out, YES we want Torres to be moved on.....

But FFS the club goes on, has done in the past (when the internet and most of you Oprah luvvies hadn't even heard of Chelsea FC) nad will do in the future.

I want us to finish in at least a CL spot this year, and to win as many cups as is possible, whilst at the same time wanting the FSW out.

It is possible to want both, so stop being such incessant drama queens.. please.

HAHA...My dear little bundle of daughter Chelsea has got a ticket for us v Arsenal on sunday....Shes in the family section nearest Arsenal.....So.......If anyone sees it going off in that area, that will be my little pussycat

We can come to some agreement on this if we include the insistance to blame RB and include players lack of grit n guts (AT THE MO) too

 
It's Arsenal, so I reckon we will be be up for this. 3-1 Chelsea.

and for anyone going to the game, can we make a f**king good atmosphere please. Tired of this sh*t at home games. Just cause the FSW is in charge, doesn't mean we should all be quiet as a mouse. f**king sing. Get behind the f**king team.

Remember when Chels could never beat Arse in the prem. Claudio lost the FA cup. then Bridgey knocked them out of CL. Then along came TSO and finally they were overpowered. Uncle Guus carried on - FA cup semi & the prem.

Sadly we are back to where we started, even though they are hot & cold this season with FSW I fear the worst. They are due for a run & can see them kicking it off vs Chelsea ultimately taking a top 4 spot. Our defending is woeful lately, they have fast breakout players ......need JT & Cahill paired in every game now. that's why it's perplexing JT didn't get 20 mins on Weds.

It's hard to predict what Chelsea will turn up on Sunday, much less the result.

If we play somewhat close to what the lads are capable of then we should win. With the exception of Wilshere, maybe, we're better all over the park than Arsenal.

But that won't matter a damn if we continue with the kind of performances we've had against Swansea, QPR & Southampton.

I'm hoping for a win (obviously) but won't be surprised if we lose. My prediction: 0-0

I've been saying much the same thing for some time. Trotting out little mini-history lessons about the breakup of the early '70s side, the now not so new East Stand and the builder's strike that came close to putting the club out of business, Marler Estates, John Hollins & Ernie Whalley and Geoffrey effing Hurt to name a few. Not to mention relegation to the old second and coming within a whisker of going down the old third.

And nowadays people are acting as if it's the end of their Chelsea supporting world because we've got a patently incompetent and hugely dislikeable manager and because of the possibility that we might finish outside of the Champions League places.
