Chelsea v Man City (PL) Thur 25th Jun 20:15 GMT

I guess I can enjoy the fact that Pool has the most boring title win ever. Stuck at their homes, not on the pitch for a league won months ago before a global pandemic.
You don't want liverpoolians to reproduce. So it is safer this way.

To be fair to the broadcasters, them winning the title is big news and it makes sense to keep more people tuned in. After the battle of the bridge there was obviously a focus on Leicester winning the title too.

So whatever, I'm sure there are a bunch of scousers who are alright and don't steal hubcaps or eat from bins so let them have something to enjoy.

My word, can't we just enjoyed a fantastic win ?

Yeah, the media are gonna focus on that lot, did you really think our win would be the main news and that the Scousers would be a little after thought ?

Come on Chelsea !!

i thought it was evident from my post i also implied he didnt have time to wait and compose himself... anyhow yes.. why bicker over this.. we won .. and Pusilic was great!!
He was indeed I agree, arguably the best player on the park. Certainly the most the dangerous for us!

Absolutely love how Gilmour is always looking forward. If that was Barkley he would have passed to one of the defenders for sure.

Great result! Really didn’t expect 3 points!

Owen going on about how no one gets into this team so Klopp cant buy.. KDBs, Messis, Kantes, Hazards, Neymars, Mbappes, Thiagos, Veraatis say hi!

We could enjoy it more if the channel I pay for, actually acknowledged the team that won the match they have covered existed.
I remember a few years back when we were lifting the league trophy and Sky were more interested in kissing Gerrard's ass because it was his last game for Liverpool. I have never seen any player in English football treated like that, not even Giggs and Scholes. He was treated like a player that had dominated the game for 15 years and won the World cup and European Championships with England, but he never achieved any of that. His entire Premier League career was spent being a nearly man and struggling to keep his team in the top 4.

You’re entitled to your opinion, but I can guarantee he’ll be annoyed at himself for missing as would I in that situation. He had time to take one more step and smash it high. Walker and Fernandinho weren’t getting there.
I think that he slipped a bit or lost his balance so the shot was a bit weak.

Agreed. Remember Demba Ba and who won the title the season after. Similarly we crown Leicester who won the title the year after.

Congrats to pool... but next year aint going to be the same.. we are taking it back.. Probably a lot of teams us, utd under transition and City injury ravaged...  this was the best opportunity and fair play they did it.. but i dont think this team scares us..

Great result.

For me Willian was our best player.

Pulisic took his goal very well and should have had a brace, still 2 in two matches now, a strikers form.

Kante was dodgy, gave away possession twice in unforced errors and two unnecessary fouls in dangerous places, one giving De Bruyne the equalizing goal.

Rudi was a little lucky with the VAR, although not a foul for me sometimes they go against you.

Kepa one error though otherwise seemed decent.

Christensen needs to do more neck exercises or wear a helmet for me.

Alonso did well not to get a second yellow.

Good following in by Tammy to earn the penalty.

Loved it after 2-1 as we sprayed the passes and they looked clueless.

Are you joking? He just rounded the keeper while being pushed off balance, he was falling away and from a tight angle and he cut it back then fell over, how does he smash that one in....seriously come on
Too right, he was going down as he hit it, dunno how he was supposed to " compose" himself

OK I live in London and someone is setting off fireworks, I don't know if there's anything else going on but I'm sure it's for the title win. Now I feel sick, I hope I don't have to hear party noises all night...
