He had some good touches the other night against Burnley, but I thought this too. Been wondering when we was gonna see that explosive burst of pace he has where he cuts in to shoot or ghost past a defender or two.I'd really like to see Eden have a breakout game here. Feels like we haven't seen one from him in quite some time. He needs to re-establish himself as our best player. Doesn't seem like he's playing with too much confidence at the moment.
Didn't really expect them to as they were/are not set up that way from what I saw last season.Leicester manager Nigel Pearson saies he won't park the bus against us. I'm looking forward to seeing that![]()
Well it's up to Jose to keep the players grounded and make sure they don't get over confident about 1 game.I feel this one can easily be a draw. Why? Combination of things. We started great, we are hyped up by the media, we play home, we got new lads, we are facing a promoted team who played excellent against Everton. I feel we might be a bit too comfortable after Cesc and Costa starting so great and things looking rosy. Leicester is a formidable team in winning streak.
We don't usually hammer teams for cricket scores these days. Mourinho likes to win the game then see it out. Though his Madrid side did dish out a few thrashings and we've got the firepower for it now, so who knows? It's City who are more likely to ruin your goal difference in any case.Evening all, Leicester fan here.
Firstly I'd like to say how much I am looking forward to coming to the bridge on Saturday, putting the result aside I love visiting the area and watching football in a fine arena and watch us lock horns with the some of the worlds elite.
As for the match, I'm not expecting much at all, in fact the general consensus amongst us lot is that we're in for a pasting. Last season we trampled all over the championship by playing open attacking football and hope to play with the same mentality this season, and hopefully stay up. The main worry for us Leicester fans is that you'll thrash us by 5 or 6 goals, we haven't lost in a long, long time (excluding the 4-1 loss to Brighton, as the lads had been on a four day bender post promotion) and we feel it could smash the squad harmony and confidence we have to pieces. Hopefully you'll go easy on us....please?
We shall be missing our two main midfielders Matty James and Danny Drinkwater, so Andy King and Dean Hammond will be filling in. Ones to watch will be Riyad Mahrez, Anthony Knockaert, Liam Moore and Jamie Vardy if he plays.
Finally I hope you enjoy the game and good luck with the rest of your season, I have you down to win the league, so don't let me down
See you on Saturday.
