Chelsea vs Port Vale (FAC) Saturday 4th April 17:15 GMT

Im nervous about this game ...we have people behind the scenes that could make this a clusterf**k of all clusterf**ks.

I hope the decision to ban Enzo doesnt come back to haunt us. LR has no pride he will allow the team to be picked for him. Goodness that man is weak. A sniveller of the highest order.

On the BBC, so will have it on in the background. Can see Delap (since this is his level) having a good game, similar to his 3 assists against Hull, then back to reality when introduced late into the City game.

791 minutes played in the Premier league, 1 goal. Let the good times roll.

Maybe you’ve been one of the tiny minority who rate him, but I’ve hardly read a good word about Enzo Fernandez from anyone on this forum, so it is very surprising to read anyone saying we could regret dropping him. I thought him being dropped was the reason for the fireworks I heard last night.

perhaps you have misunderstood my post.

I dont respect blue co and all that sail in it. blue co banning a player for speaking out is a classic reason for my dislike, LR is a soft touch and will follow blue co to the end of the earth without question. We could regret another blue co interference if team selection could be blamed on a result that goes against us, or if the game proves difficult.

Enzo ? i think hes been disappointing and is getting worse as the season goes on, probably will be sold hey ho.

It’s such a shame we are one very winnable game away from the FA cup semi at Wembley and I almost feel like Port Vale fans and club deserve the day and the funds rather then Clearlake rinsing us for another trip to Wembley for a trophy they don’t even care about winning.

They’d probably rest players for the glory of finishing 5th. Not that our best team would do much better against decent opposition.

This season has become farcical really. The story of 2 Enzo’s. 1 their chosen manager the other the poster boy player. One sacked, the other banned for suggesting the club’s not run right. Even more farcical neither were ever good enough in the first place.

I'm actually dreading the idea of getting to Wembley for our umpteenth defeat in a row.

Defeatist, I know, I apologise.

If we do we have a slim chance to make the final should we draw West Ham/Leeds.

Draw Arsenal or City and it is lights out.

Dont feel anything for this game. We are not winning the cup so does not matter to me when we get knocked out.

I mean at least if Port Vale do it they get the money and a great day out, and at least we don't get beat by Arsenal again.

The longer we stay in the cup the better, as players want to be in the shop window and the FA Cup later stages gives them some exposure.

Of course I'm hoping a win does not give LR any extra time.

That’s what it feels like, the chance for more Wembley pain.

As long as we don't go out to the Valiants I'm fine with skipping the final defeat.
