I still can't get over Pochettino saying spudz were the better side, especially after watching his defense get split apart so many times. I really think CFC took it easy on spudz.

 
great result, Spudz reduced to chasing shadows and the realisation that they have slipped even further behind. Frankly I thought this one of the worst Spud performances I have seen at the Bridge. Chiriches, the right back was toasted, roasted, grilled, kebabed, flambéed, curried and KFC'd by Hazard, he should be looking as employment as a traffic bollard. Mason a spectator, may as well have been stood with the other delisionals who turned up in the vain hope that we might roll over and die, as if! Kane was the only Spudz player who surfaced with any credit IMO, I noticed JT had a few words with him after the final whistle, probably told him to jack asap for a brighter future. Martin Samuel (Daily Fail) has written what I think is as good a match report as I have read in a very long time.

All I have to say is that I LOVED it! I watched it at about 4 A.M. Chicago time (couldn't sleep), and I had a hard time keeping quiet because of Tottenham being a pain in the rear early on, and then because of us kicking into gear, at last. I'm nervous about Matic being suspended for the Newcastle match, but I hope Jose has an ace up his sleeve to deal with that.

If i was a Tottenham fan i would be very worried if my manager couldn't see that my team had zero control of the game in the second half. Pochettino is obviously a stats manager. Tottenham may have had more possession than us and just as many shots on target, but when we scored we took complete control of the game.

 
Pochettino should coach a ping-pong team, or did he watch another match?

The spuds of White Fart Lane were never good sports, so it´s part of their tradition a) to lose at the brigde and b) to give comments from another planet.
