Usually at Stamford Bridge they are not our bogey team at all only away.

Seems to be par for the course at the moment. We've become very slow at getting out of the blocks in recent games, the same thing happened last Xmas as I recall. Too much festive cheer maybe.

Let's hope Ballack can be a difference maker today.

Ballack has been sitting around for the last four months or more earning £130K a week - he had better be the difference today or I want him to pay some of the money back!

We'll scrape through we always do with a goal from either some crass error of the opposition or a great piece of skill from our team.

I must say I'm not too enamored with our bench today, it's seems our strength in depth has long gone.

 
2-0, looks like a Cech error? Game over. No Drogba or Lampard, we're not playing well... and we've lost our home record.

Oh well, Villa are only our bogey team away from home after all.

And might I say Ballack's looked f**king great so far. Continuing where he left off in the Pool Carling Cup game...
